“The staff (the very accommodating lady the checked me in) gave me a very quiet top floor room, as I requested upon arrival.
I appreciated her understanding of my request, as a light sleeper with an early flight.
The sheets were incredibly soft, icemaker conveniently right down the hall, the bathroom was IMMACULATE (I'm always impressed if I never find a long black hair!) & bright, &the 'constant flow' on the a/c made for a peaceful night of sleep without being too loud.

“We had a lovely stay, the staff were really helpful and welcoming. It is in a beautiful location, and practical with lots of shops and things to do in Black Mountain in walking distance and also not too far a drive to Asheville. Breakfast included muffins, coffee and juice so it is fairly basic but still very nice. There was a fair bit of dust in the room, especially on the bedside tables/shelves, but the en suite was very clean. Great free parking facilities, and an overall calm atmosphere...
