“Yes the room was very clean and soon as the tv would not work I reached out to the office and he came on down when saw he could not fix he asked would I mine changing rooms I said no problem he than went to get another room and bought the card backs and helped me move my things to the next room great customer service ”

“Area was a little sketchy but the room was clean and quiet. Restroom was ok. ”

“Overall we really enjoyed this property. I was disappointed that even with calling days ahead and asking at check in as well, they would not allow us to have rooms near our other members of our party. I was also given a room in which I felt like I was rooming in the elevator. I had to listen to the dinging of the elevator the whole trip. Made it so I didn't sleep well at all! ”

“Definitely will not be returning to this hotel. Where to begin, first they couldn’t find my reservation after 4 hrs they finally realized they needed to follow some link. Didn’t even apologize just oh we messed up. Room smelled like old stale water. There was no tp. Only 1 towel. Bed sheets were stained. ”

“The toilet didn’t flush. Had to change rooms. The breakfast was only bread, coffee, orange juice, honey bun. Nothing else. Had a hard time getting clean towels ”

“Staff is exceptional, but the rooms, especially AC units, are very old and didn’t function well for us. Still, the location is perfect. ”
