“Do not select breakfast included on Expedia for this hotel. I added this and the staff didn’t recognize at check-in this was included. Then the breakfast is no where to be found. You order a sandwich or other one item. Not worth it at all. The hotel has thin walls, extremely noisy especially a few doors down from the elevator. Asked the staff to accommodate a room change which they did but didn’t seem like they wanted to help put my two rooms close together. They did but the rooms were about 10...

“There needs to be something placed on the shower floor to prevent slipping in the shower. We both slipped. Also there is mold growing on the lip inside the shower. There were but q few tissues in tissue container. Lastly, the extra charge of $25.00 for nessitiies and then not refunding it and telling us to call our bank to get the money....”

“Spark by Hilton Round Rock wasn't the worst hotel I've ever stayed in... but let's just say it won't be earning a spot on my favorites list. The property proudly displayed plenty of "No Smoking" signs, which was ironic considering it smelled like someone had ignored them for the past decade. The king bed somehow managed to be less comfortable than the sofa sleeper, which is a sentence I never thought I'd write. I'm also glad I brought my own pillow. I will never understand why hotel pillows...
