“The Managers are Horrible!! They were nasty, knowingly liars, who tried to FORCE us to electronically sign a very large document. They REFUSED to give us a hard copy to read, and cancelled our stay ,(with the reservation & NO Refund), because we refused to electronically sign. They threatened us with the police if we didn’t leave in 10 minutes. We have stayed there no less than 10 times in the past. “For an older property, its was perfect. The room was clean, fresh, and very presentable. Had all the linens. The manager Michael takes pride in keeping this place in top shape. I felt welcomed, safe, there was no rif raf, or shady stuff going on. He lives on site, which helps. No complaints, and I will diffently stay there again. I wish I had found this location before when i stayed in Florence. I would recommend for sure.”

“Room has poor lighting. There are no hold bars to help in or out of the shower. Toilet paper holder missing. I needed internet but there were no access to the web. WiFi working but no internet connection. When I asked the desk to fix the problem. She was no help. Refrigerator ice box was frozen over. Not Happy. ”

“Room was dirty and needed repairs. The walkway was clean, but areas under the desk and beds had not been cleaned in weeks. The bathroom area was acceptably clean, but needed lots of repairs and paint. The tub creaked when anyone got into it. Stayed at 2 other hotels this weekend and this was the worst, by far. The exterior area was messy, and the brekfast was limited. ”

“The health department should pay them a visit. Not sure how Florence provides them with a buisness license every year. Disgusting place.”
