“Ottimo Hotel per una sosta a Florence per un viaggio tra Carolina del Nord e Carolina del sud. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite ottima la colazione con tanti prodotti freschi e anche cibo caldo.”

“The manager was very helpful! They have a grill outside off the parking lot with a bunch of utensils for you to use right there. I didn’t use it so check to see if you need charcoal and fluid. The coffee maker in the room works well. Bring your own filters, coffee and cream. There’s a Walmart up the road, a 10 minute drive for everything you need. The AC was set at 70 degrees when I got into the room, nice and cool. This is a great value hotel with some wear but the location really worked for...

“I stayed a week prior, I noticed a towel on the ground by the pool, it was still there a week later. The waste can for the pet walking area had not been emptied, the odor was awful!”

“Everything was fine. Hotel was undergoing renovations and the painters had the windows by the bar taped off, applying paint with a paint gun. I had my mother who needed handicap parking with tag out front away from painting area. When I came back outside they were spraying in front by the door with nothing taped off completely spraying paint on my truck and other vehicles. Front desk was notified and they ask them to stop but said i should move my vehicle but other vehicles were still getting...

“The carpet was dirty and look like it hasn't been cleaned in a decade or so and hasn't been replaced since the place was built. The wall was dirty and stained. The bed was very comfortable but the pillow was not.”

“The hotel quality was below what pictures and reviews mentioned; couch in our room had stains, fridge did not work, pool was freezing and closed early then times posted. As soon as you walked in smelled like smoke with mix of what they attempted to clean with the smell with, only benefit was that it is right off 95”

“Everything was great and amazing with the exception of the bathroom lighting. In the room I stayed in there were two bulbs out over the sink. I asked for replacement bulbs they never came and I wasn't informed if it was the bulbs or an electrical issue. Otherwise it was a great experience,”

“Will never stay again...after being told my room was not available upon check in, even though paid through expedia.com weeks before. Then them finding a room for me. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. What type of business are you running? Shower door didn't close properly so water leaked out on to tile floor.”

“We went onto the balcony to enjoy the view, and we were locked out for about 20 minutes. The lock fell off the door, and my child was left inside. My daughter is 16 but it could have easily been a minor or toddler left in the room or worse locked outside on the balcony. We were unable to use the balcony after. ”
