“None of the washers or dryers worked. The wash machines were broken and didn't drain the water in the spin cycles. In the soap dispensers the powder soap was crystalized in the drain; therefore not allowing the soap to rinse through. Machine # 1 had trickles of h2o and washer # 2 the same. “The front desk clerk saw us and another couple in line waiting to check in and didn’t even acknowledge us. She was talking to another person. Later that same evening my husband and I were returning from dinner and noticed suspicious activity in the parking lot. We didn’t feel safe and the desk personnel weren’t concerned. ”

“Staff was welcoming and nice! The room was older/outdated. Ther door didnt lock properly and the extra security lock didnt make me feel that extra safe.
