“Staff was great . The ac in the room was off so it was way too hot when I first arrived. Took about 5 hours to cool it off enough you was sweating . The doors and floors were damaged just needs fixed . The pool isn’t working so they should post that . The side of the toilet was molded. And the overflow drain in the tub was hanging half off . I’m glade my stay was just 12 hrs bc I didn’t wanna be there no longer .”

“The room smelled and the restroom so small and not well maintenance. The beds are smelly as well, and the room itself is so small. The advising on the website is misleading.”

“The stay was enjoyable just being away from the norm. The beach view was beautiful and access was so easy. Beds were comfortable, the room is supplied with dishes, etc., even though we didn't need them. The only thing it wasn't supplied with was toilet paper, one extra roll and after that you have to go get it at the office??? Rooms were supposed to be cleaned every two or three days, ours wasn't and honestly, it should be every day, if only to add tp. Office staff was short with us at times,...

“The first room we were in had roaches, according to the hotel desk it was the only room that had a full kitchen it in and the front desk stated someone must of left food or something in there. We were put into another room which we weren’t too crazy about but we were 10 hours from home and had already paid for the hotel. I appreciate being put into another room but I won’t stay here again.”
