“Our overall impression of that entire property is that it needs an entire makeover. Our residence was not adequate. The sleeping arrangements, loft bedrooms that were a stair climb down to the bathroom were very challenging especially for older clientele. The only furnishings, a sofa was in a dilapidated state and not comfortable to sit on. We realize to makeover the entire property with new accommodations would take money, but the current accommodations are not very comfortable or worth the...
