316 E Hudson è una camera con 4 CAMERE, 3. 5 BAGNI e una delle nostre proprietà più uniche. POSTI LETTO 10! Questa casa di nuova costruzione (2018) è assolutamente bellissima, fornita di elettrodomestici, arredi e opere d'arte di lusso. Essendo solo 1. 5 isolati più in basso, è molto vicino a Center Street. Lì troverai tutti gli accoglienti negozi, ristoranti e bar "sulla spiaggia". È anche solo una breve passeggiata residenziale verso l'Oceano!

Questa casa ha la zona giorno e 1 camera da letto al 2 ° piano e le altre 3 camere da letto al primo. con splendidi pavimenti in legno e piastrelle in tutta la casa. Anche per il tuo divertimento, AVVOLGETE I PORCHETTI INTORNO su entrambi i piani, fronte e retro, due al piano principale e due al piano superiore dalla zona giorno e dalla camera da letto. Tutti i portici dotati di mobili a tema spiaggia per il tuo relax mentre ti godi questa tranquilla area privata di Folly Beach. Questa casa ti offre ampie aree per intrattenere la tua famiglia e i tuoi amici dentro o fuori! Per un bonus c'è un incredibile tetto con una vasca idromassaggio full size, stazione grill dotata di frigorifero incorporato e molti posti a sedere. Essendo uno dei punti più alti di Folly, è molto privato!

Il 1 ° piano: 3 camere da letto, 1 KING (master) e 2 QUEENS, con verande all'aperto e portici posteriori.

Il 2 ° piano: 1 camera matrimoniale con bagno completo (2 ° master). Questo piano è dove troverai l'ampio spazio abitativo. La zona giorno è anche spaziosa con alti soffitti di 10 piedi (così come l'intera casa) e un'ampia area salotto che si apre su una cucina completamente attrezzata, spaziosa, splendida e di fascia alta, con mobili personalizzati, ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Ci sono 8 posti a sedere intorno al tavolo della cucina più 4 ulteriori sgabelli da bar del bancone della cucina.

Loved our time here. Stayed for 3 weeks, and despite a few little glitches when we got there (freezer door broken, top rack of dishwasher missing) the staff quickly made things right. The location is perfect!!! The house is spacious and comfortable.. but you need to know going into it there are a lot of stairs! Anyone with mobility issues should know this ahead of time. There is an elevator but not allowed to use, which was a bummer when unpacking and bringing in groceries,etc. In their defense, the listing didn’t state elevator. But when you see it’s there… I would suggest adding a rug or two inside. Hard to keep the floors clean even when washing feet before entering. But considering all.. a 10/10 trip!!

Folly Beach

This place is amazing! Everything from the time we checked in until the time we checked out was great. It’s a very close walk to the beach and to the strip at Folly. We may have been to loud a couple of nights but we didn’t have any issues at all. I would recommend, the rooftop kitchen and hot tub were amazing.

Family vacation 25

This was a fantastic, beautiful home. There were 6 adults and 1 child and we all had plenty of room. We did not feel like we were on top of each other. All the outdoor patio space is a major draw for this place. The rooftop hot tub was a big seller for us on this property. Unfortunately for us when we arrived the hot tub would not heat up. I will say the propeety management refunded us some money for this without me asking. Top notch for that. The rooftop grill would have been nice too but when i checked the burners were all messed up. It was in bad shape. Never the less we still enjoyed the rooftop. However there was a secondary grill downstairs in the parking area that we used the heck out of. (Could use a good cleaning). Other than those few minor things we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed this house. We have stayed in Folly over Memorial wknd in the and this has been the best property by far. I would definitely recomend this property. We will definitely use either this or look into other properties with this company. Awesome place! Thank you! See you nxt Memorial weekend!

What You See is What You Get!

This was the perfect property for my best friend's getaway weekend for her 30th birthday! 8 adults fit very comfortably. The location was convenient for the beach, bars, and restaurants on Folly. I gave only 4 stars for cleanliness because the hot tub was not clean upon our arrival, and we missed out on an evening of hot tubbing. The property managers promptly sent someone out to clean it the next day. We would book this house again. Thank you!

Great location, clean, and comfy !!! 5 stars

Our family of 6 was impressed with this property. The beds were comfy, showers were great and there was plenty of seating. Living roon had 4 recliners plus a couch. Located on a quiet street within walking distance of the beach and several resturants and Berts market. Outdoor space was amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub and upper deck. It was too cold to cook out but the outdoor kitchen set up looked great. Property manager was responsive with any questions we had and check in and check out was a breeze. Love that the door lock was a key pad so no need to keep up with keys. property does have a Keurig as well as coffee pot. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice, open house is well located just a couple blocks from the beach. Quite comfortable for our extended family and the hot tub on the roof was a highlight.

Folly Beach Getaway

A beautiful property! Loved our stay here for a friends wedding. The location is perfect just a few blocks from bars and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again for our next trip to Folly Beach.

Beautiful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our our stay here. Close to the beach and restaurants. The porches with rockers and swings, roof top with a grill and lounge chairs was a fantastic place for the family to hang out in the evening. Huge open kitchen, dining and living space allowed us all to be together during meal preparation and dinner. Another grill and picnic table down stairs in the shade is another great hang out space. We had three families who all had private space. When needed. Plenty of parking some covered, under the home. Access from two streets allowed driving through with jets skis on a trailer. This home has everything you need. We had a fabulous week at our favorite, Folly beach. If you’re a shark tooth seeker, take the excursion to morris island, we found plenty of teeth, some larger than we have ever found. The management company does a fabulous job of communicating during your stay. We are looking forward to our next trip there.

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay! Very responsive, accessible, and accommodating interactions with property managers. The place was absolutely beautiful with amenities that made it hard to venture out of the house. When we did venture out, we could not have asked for a better location. I will say proceed with caution with hot tub, all of us that used the hot tub ended up getting a hot tub rash that required us to go to the doctor’s and take medication. Overall, would stay here again.

Christmas vacation

We stayed her for Christmas vacation since we have a family member who lives on James island and our family member didn’t want to leave! They wanted for us to do everything at the rental house because it was so spacious and beautiful! The hot tub was a hit even in December! The kitchen is spacious and clean! Don’t even get me started on all the porch space 😍 I almost slept on the big flat swing outside on the porch one night! Everything was perfect and the beach and downtown are a short little walk! 10/10 we will stay again next year.

Wonderful home & location

Great spot for a family vacation. Easy walk to the beach and short drive to downtown Charleston. Highly recommend. House was roomy and had plenty of space. Kitchen, living room & dining area was exactly what we needed.

I would do it again.

Nice house. Lots of porches and space. Property management was a little forgetful about some maintenance issues, but I made them aware (multiple times). I’m sure it will be even more perfect for the next family.

Beautiful vacation home

We enjoyed our stay on Folly Beach. This home is in a great location and is well kept. It is a short walk to the beach. It is not on the best street, many of the homes next to it are not in good shape. One of the doors wouldn't lock and it made me feel unsafe. This home has a lot of stairs! The tv in the living room did not work for most of our stay and they were not able to fix it. Also, the dishes did not seem clean and the drawers need to be cleaned out. It would be nice if beach towels and chairs were supplied as well. Overall it is a great house!

Family Gathering

Wonderful home in a great location. The home was perfect for a family vacation. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the wrap around porch. The upper deck provided a place for everyone to relax after busy days on the island. The house was well equipped with everything needed for preparing meals. The layout worked well with three rooms on the first floor. Folly Island offered something for everyone.
