'A Shore Thing' è un 5 camere da letto, 5 1/2 bagni, portatori di handicap accessibili, quattro piani casa vacanza da sogno. Accesso all'ascensore (cabina profonda 40 "x 45") per ogni piano e master suite ADA accessibile a livello principale (trasferimento della scheda scorrevole dal WC alla doccia / bagno e lavandino aperto alla ruota sotto). Quattro (4) master suite, ognuna con bagno privato e tutte con vista sull'oceano e privato / personale 'balcone Romeo e Giulietta'. Una camera per bambini sarà dotata di 3 set di letti a castello (5 doppie e 1 matrimoniale) per un totale di 6 posti letto. Ogni camera da letto con TV a schermo piatto e materassi nuovi (2016) all'ultimo piano dispone di una sala da biliardo / gioco con una capanna tiki. Main (1 ° piano) dispone di una grande cucina aperta con isola, 2 lavastoviglie, veranda protetta e portico aperto con grill a gas Lynx costruito nel 30 '. C'è un sistema sonoro Sonos con altoparlanti nel soggiorno, cucina, veranda schermo, sala biliardo e garage. Le scale fuori dal portico aperto conducono direttamente alla spiaggia, dove si troverà un pianerottolo con deposito per sedili / refrigeratori e una doccia esterna. Sotto la casa è parcheggiato per 6 auto / SUV, oltre a parcheggio carrabile. Controsoffitti di granito in tutto. Questa è una splendida nuova casa in follia, progettata e costruita per le vacanze. Godere.

Tengo il calendario molto aggiornato. Se le date sono bloccate, non sono disponibili. Dal giorno del memoriale al Labor Day, abbiamo una ditta con un soggiorno minimo di sette giorni. Il check in e il check out sono sabato senza eccezioni.

Si prega di prendere nota, tutte le recensioni prima di maggio 2016 si applicano alla vecchia proprietà "magia nera". Questa proprietà è stata completamente demolita e ricostruita da zero per diventare "una cosa da spiaggia". A partire da luglio 2016, Google Earth non ha scattato foto aggiornate, quindi se dai un'occhiata alla proprietà apparirà diversa su Google Earth, allora lo farà nella vita reale di oggi.

Questa casa è stata anche progettata per ospitare matrimoni / eventi (massimo 49 persone). Il grande cortile recintato ha un ampio spazio per tavoli / sedie / pista da ballo. Il garage è stato finito (dipinto / rivestimento / soffitti lisci, luci e altoparlanti) per un servizio di catering per l'installazione o per molti tavoli e sedie (come un piano di pioggia). Sposarsi in spiaggia e avere il tuo ricevimento in giardino.

Per gli eventi è richiesto un noleggio port-a-jon in quanto Folly Beach non dispone di fognature urbane (siamo su una fossa settica) e troppe persone che usano il bagno (più di 15-20) possono farle eseguire il backup di un overflow nel cortile di casa).

A partire dall'8 / 1/18 nessuna musica amplificata è permessa nel cortile (DJ o banda). L'uso del sistema Sonos della casa è permesso

Spacious Oceanfront Home

The house can accommodate large families or friend groups. Virtually every room has ocean view and lots of bathrooms. Tons of socializing space and great enclosures on deck and a garden that accesses the beach immediately. Great communication with Ross and listen to his suggestions. Folly town is fantastic find; lots if cool bars, great music and cool ice cream shop for the littles-“Shoobies.” Pool halls too. Tides is a great music and oceanfront restaurant for a fancy night out with music. The rooftop Taco restaurant more casual with music too snd cool with kids. Great vibe, Ashley st is a great walk, or you can Uber. Enjoy as we did.

Family wedding weekend

The house is beautiful and spacious and was perfect for our family gathering for our daughter's wedding weekend on Folly Beach! The setting on the beach is perfect... fabulous views and balconies from the living room and kitchen and all but one of the bedrooms! The elevator made bringing suitcases and supplies inside and taking them out again very easy. The yard and walkway to the beach was perfect. Everything was wonderful! Ross was always quick to respond to texts and emails and was great about communicating and accommodating our requests. Highly recommend this house for your family vacation on Folly Beach!

SIMPLY STUNNING PROPERTY!!!

If I could give 10 stars for each of the above categories I would! Ross is a wonderful host and was so responsive to all of my communication from booking to stay! We held our son's recent rehearsal dinner here in the back yard, it was a stunning event with the backdrop of the ocean and all the space for our guests to enjoy the view and dinner under the up-lit palm trees . Everyone from family to friends who entered this home were stunned at it's beautiful views from any spot on the property! The rooms were so comfortable each with their own oceanfront views and private bathrooms allowing everyone to have privacy and space as the rooms are nicely spread throughout the home. Although we did not have young kids to use the bunkbed / family room it is the coolest room and would easily sleep a small family in your group or all the kids and or teens in a group. We fit a 6 ft 20 something in a bunkbed and he was very comfortable! The rest of the home is very cozy and nicely decorated, the screened in porch, the rocking chairs and the fabulous kitchen! The pool/ game room with the porch off the room was a favorite of our family to play pool, listen to music and watch the sunset ! If you are looking for a 5 star resort home on a quiet street with oceanfront access look no further this house is a shore thing!!! I look forward to having an opportunity to visit family in Charleston again and staying here !!!!!

We hosted our intimate wedding with our closest friends and family. This house was the perfect fit and everything was amazing. All of the beds are very comfortable and we would definitely book this house for future family trips.

Beautiful House

Every year there are 9 of us older adults that spend a week at the beach. This house is perfect. Love that all the bedrooms face the beach, elevator comes in handy. The layout is great. Perfect for our group.

Owner failed in reasonable communication

Overall the property is not well represented in the description and pictures shown. The pictures are misleading in size and condition. I rented the property for a total of 4 adults and 3 kids. The other couple we were traveling with was using this as a scouting trip for a wedding next summer. Obviously this was house enough for us but I would not recommend using this as a wedding venue as the property is advertised. The yard was not well maintained and the interior lower level was not as large as it appeared in the pictures. The property owner was not up to par with communication. - Failed to notify us or post in the property description that Folly Beach renourishment was happening during the time we were there and the couple months prior. We stayed at another property the week before this stay and found out from that property. The only issue with the renourishment was a large diesel generation and sand/water pump was located directly in front of the property. It would run on and off throughout the day and all hours of the night. After asking the owner, he mentioned previous renters had complained. This is something I would expect to be passed to future guests on the potential impact to their vacation. - Failed to notify us that the oven was broken and only confirmed this when we tried to cook the first day and the smell of gas became obvious. At a high level the property is okay, but for the price, I expected a higher level of service and better property maintenance.

Family week

The property met all our needs. The layout was well thought out. It was an enjoyable week! We will be looking forward to coming back! The beach was very peaceful, great for young grandkids to play and explore! Would suggest more coffee mugs and freestanding vacuum for quick sand pickup. Otherwise no recommendations.

Beach House Vacation

This was a great rental for our group of 12 adults and 3 children! It was very clean, had a great view of the ocean, and Ross was very responsive to any concerns we had. A regional thing to note is apparently hairdryers are not commonly provided in rental houses in Charleston which we didn't know, so we didn't bring any and had to buy some. In any case, great house and we enjoyed it very much!!!

Loved this house and would rent again!

This property was perfect for our needs! The house is right on the beach and has paid obvious attention to detail with a chiefs kitchen, industrial refrigerator, TWO dishwashers, planned rooms (all with oceanfront views and en-suite bathrooms), and an easy to use elevator. We held our rehearsal dinner here and received so many compliments and requests for information to rent the house themselves. The owner is very responsive and helpful in advising event permitting. Our only complaint, is that we could not get the oven to stay on. I did not seek help for this as we were able to switch our cooking methods easily but I believe the responsive owner would have been helpful in this regard if we had sought assistance.

Great space to host Thanksgiving meal

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The beach views were tremendous and we appreciated that the bedrooms had equivalent amenities (dedicated bathrooms, closets, etc). We made some large meals in the kitchen and found it very well stocked with a variety of pans, utensils, etc. Our only issue was the gas oven was a little finicky and had trouble running at a lower temperature. Ross answered all of our questions quickly. My family gave me kudos for booking a nice home :)

Great Place for Venue

This rental was perfect for a family vacation that coincided with my youngest son's wedding. The house was perfect to hold the rehearsal dinner as well as a place for the groomsmen to change into their attire. Only drawback is the City of Folly Beach being uncooperative and dishonest to our vendors, but that is not the fault of this rental. Just beware of the city if you plan to hold an event.
