    Da Wikipedia: A Jangada è una tradizionale barca da pesca (in realtà una zattera a vela) in legno utilizzata nella regione settentrionale del Brasile. La costruzione della jangada incorpora alcuni miglioramenti nell'artigianato neolitico: sono stati trovati materiali migliori e la fisica della vela è stata osservata meglio attraverso la sperimentazione. I dettagli sono strettamente sorvegliati dagli artigiani.

    Jangada Breeze su Folly Beach è una casa sulla spiaggia finemente ristrutturata e realizzata a mano. La costruzione moderna ha accennato al tradizionale design di una casa sulla spiaggia, come i pavimenti in pino e i soffitti in pino lingua e groove. Nessuno spazio è stato trascurato in questa casa dal design immacolato.

    Jangada Breeze si trova su un grande terreno a soli 100 metri dall'oceano. Appena entrati nella proprietà, vi accoglie un grande portico riparato. Rilassati sul comodo divano, sulle sedie o sull'amaca mentre respiri la fresca brezza dell'oceano. Una volta all'interno della casa una cucina aperta, soggiorno e sala da pranzo offre ampi spazi per il vostro gruppo per rilassarsi. La cucina dello chef vanta una gamma di gas, grandi controsoffitti in quarzo e elettrodomestici di fascia alta con scaffalature aperte e molto spazio. C'è un grande tavolo da pranzo con spazio per un massimo di 6 ospiti e un'isola cucina con posti a sedere in più. Fuori dalla cucina è una lavatrice e asciugatrice e un mezzo bagno.

    La master suite ha un letto king size e un ampio bagno con doccia piastrellata e doppio lavabo. La seconda camera da letto ha una regina e condivide un bagno con la terza camera da letto con due letti singoli.

    Sul retro della casa c'è una spaziosa terrazza con molti mobili, un tavolo da picnic e un grill a gas. I cani ben educati sono i benvenuti con una tassa nominale per animali domestici. Si prega di informarsi per maggiori dettagli.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house looked exactly like the photos and we had a great time. The only thing we didn’t love was the traffic, the house is located on a very busy street. Apart from that we had a great stay!

A perfect location in a perfect house! The space was beautiful, and the raise screened in porch was perfect for the evenings as the fans kept it cool and comfortable. The short walk to the beach was a perfect fit for our getaway weekend. We wish that some basic beach gear had been included with the rental, but the credit e received to rent gear was helpful. We are looking forward to being able to come back again!

Lovely beach getaway

My family enjoyed a long weekend at this beautifully renovated property. The decor is lovely, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious and clean. We loved the spacious outdoor porches and being just steps from the beach access. We can’t wait to stay again!

The property is well stocked, clean and well decorated. They had everything we needed and we were pleasantly surprised at how close to the beach it is! Great stay, would 100% return to this property in the future.

Wonderful place!

My family stayed here for a little over a week, and we loved it! The home is a great size with a casual, beautiful decor, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect because it is within walking distance of the restaurants and bars, but just far enough away for completely quiet nights. We will stay again for sure!

Lovely holiday weekend

Beautiful house very close to the beach access. Good space to hang out as a family and enough room for a 2 year old to be able to play. Easy check in and check out. We had a lovely long weekend.

Nice Beach Cottage

The house is as advertised and comfortable. It is a short walk to the beach. Parking is better in the back driveway (Cooper St.) than the driveway on the Ashley. We would stay here again.

Block from the beach

House was nicely update! We all really liked it. Be aware that most homes in that area are elevated so you have to climb stairs. Tv controller took time to figure out?Overall we spent 7 days there and were happy with it. We were close to visit many sights . Charleston was a nice surprise.

Wonderful home

We had a wonderful stay here. Short walk to beach access. The house is perfect -- very clean and inviting and well stocked with everything you might need. The porches are both large and comfortable, although the front porch can be a bit noisy with traffic at times. My only complaint is that the listing did not make accessibility issues clear enough for bringing elderly guests. Overall A+.

Great beach house

This was the perfect rental for a family vacation with our dog to Charleston/Folly Beach. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was well-stocked and had everything we needed. We loved relaxing on the screened in porch, and the beach is only a block or so away. The location is quiet and primarily residential. Most bars/restaurants in Folly Beach are 15-20 min walk or short drive. We spent a lot of time in downtown Charleston which was only a 20-25 min drive. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

We loved this house and can’t wait to come back. Traveled with 4 adults and a 4 year old and 1 year old. Being able to close the door off to the back bedrooms was very helpful for keeping the noise level down when the kids are napping. The kitchen was well stocked with any appliance or gadget you might need. We loved the big round table to eat all of our meals. Both porches are wonderful! Mattresses on the beds were very comfortable. Location was right around the corner from the beach access. Had a wonderful time!

Great Treehouse Feeling

Front and back porches are large, with comfortable seating. The front one is screened, high up in the trees and set well-back from the street. Fun for squirrel and bird watching! Great inside layout, with private bed/bath spaces at each end of the house, and welcoming communal area in the middle. Huge dining table as well as big kitchen island and nice appliances made it easy to cook for an eat-in crowd or cosy twosome. Front and back parking was convenient. Rental team responded quickly to any issue (all minor), even nights/weekends.

Great house with close beach access

House was spacious and as described. Loved the back deck in the morning since it got some shade. We did not use the wooden table on the deck, but would’ve loved to have a larger table to eat at. The wooden table was just too worn. Beach Access was great. We didn’t have to walk far to find a beautiful spot of sand. The stairs in the front of the property are very steep so we used the back stairs quite a bit. It would be very nice to have a keypad on the back door as well for easy access. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Perfect Stay in Folly Beach

This beach house was perfect for our group for our 3 week stay. The house was super clean and has everything you need to entertain family or want to just keep it simple...you don't have to bring a thing! Everything was well stocked, from dishes, books, yoga mat to extra blankets and pillows. The house was decorated nicely and has a special real home feel. The layout was great so we could all be together comfortably, either while preparing meals on the huge kitchen island or lounging by the fireplace. Wifi worked great and the screened in front porch was very inviting and got lots of sun. The location both to the beach and to Folly Beach town was easily walkable. The weather got a bit cold and it snowed while we were there and the property managers were in contact right away to give some extra support if needed. We would rent this place again when we return to the area!
