This house was perfect for our weekend away and communication with the host was always quick. We loved having the fenced in yard for our dog, the outdoor shower, 2 off street parking spots, and sitting on the screened porches. It was super close to the beach and Bert’s 24hr market and only a few blocks to Center Street. The TVs are smart so you can sign into your streaming services. Plenty of shampoo/conditioner/body wash, blankets, towels, closet space, and cabinet space. The beds aren’t very comfortable but we made it work. Both rooms were dark enough with the room darkening curtains, but the back bedroom was a little quieter since it’s further from the street. Also note there are 3 steps to get into the back bedroom. The kitchen was sparse but we didn’t cook anything so we had what we needed. The floors are a bit uneven so if you are someone with balance issues, you have to be careful when walking. The only annoyance we had were the acorns or nuts dropping onto the metal roof make a noise that our dog barked at every time (even with noise machines and the TV on), though there isn’t anything anyone can do about that! Just something to be aware of if you or a pet have sensitive ears. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back to stay again!
