Folly Treehouse - 2BR Coastal Vacation Paradise

Folly Treehouse è uno dei migliori di Folly! Questa casa su misura dispone di 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi, tutti al piano superiore e un mezzo bagno al piano di sotto. Goditi la tua vacanza al paradiso costiero in questa spaziosa spiaggia a due piani, lontano da casa! Entrambe le camere in stile suite sono dotate di letti king size e TV a schermo piatto. Al piano di sotto troverete pavimenti in legno in tutto il piano aperto. Inizia le tue giornate con colazioni pigre nella cucina aggiornata, completa di tutto il necessario per un ottimo pasto. L'invitante soggiorno lascia entrare molta luce naturale attraverso le alte finestre e le porte di vetro che conducono al rivestimento privato attorno al ponte. C'è una piccola area recintata e un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi all'ombra degli alberi o rilassarsi con gli amici e la famiglia intorno al barbecue a carbone. C'è anche una doccia esterna per lavare via la sabbia prima di sistemarsi!

Sarai a solo un isolato di distanza da Centre Street e due isolati dalla sabbia e dal mare. I cani ben educati e puliti possono venire con voi in attesa di approvazione e tasse per animali domestici. Avremo bisogno della razza e della taglia del tuo cane / i prima dell'approvazione. Il noleggio include due posti auto in loco.

Awesome Short Stay

Booked this property last minute for a short trip to Folly! Property was wonderful and communication with the rental company was even better! We defiantly will be returning. House was only available for 2 nights but we wished we could have stayed longer! Best part is we got to bring our Chocolate Lab along and there was plenty of space for him to enjoy outside.

Great location

Our family of 5 (4 adults and 1 pup) just got back from our stay at this property and it was great. Great location to both the beach and shops. Quiet location and plenty of space for our whole family. We will definitely be back!

Great location

Close to the beach but without the noise of the condos. They place was super clean. Full of light. The deck is very nice. Things were labeled well. We would definitely stay again. Our only comments in any way negative are the dressers in the bedrooms were not useable- very flimsy. Some of the window cranks were broken. The beds were very comfortable however. Be sure to bring all you will need for the kitchen including coffee filters, napkins, and measuring cups. There is not dish rack to hand wash dishes. Plenty of pots and pans.No range fan.

Worth the visit

Overall, very pleased with the trip and accommodations. Only negative was slow internet and unable to connect smart tv to any viewing app due to internet speeds. We weren't there to watch TV but it would have been nice for the moments of downtime.

Amazing part of our honeymoon!

We loved staying here! The location was amazing and had a ton to do on Folly beach. My husband and I were taking a road trip for our honeymoon and this was by far the best stop!

Simply the Best

Hubby and I have rented several different properties at Folly Beach. We are always looking for dog-friendly rentals with a fenced back yard. Folly Tree House has that and more. The inside was very clean and nicely decorated without lots of "clutter". The kitchen had absolutely everything you would need to cook a meal there, including a crock pot! There is a Keurig and a regular coffee maker as well. The most amazing part of the kitchen was the pantry. Yes - I said a pantry. I don't think we have ever rented a place that had a pantry. It was so nice that we didn't have to take up counter space to store snacks, drinks, etc. The outside deck area was lovely with 4 Adirondack chairs shaded by a huge tree. The fenced yard was secure. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off sand. Upstairs are two very spacious bedrooms with huge king beds that are both very comfortable. Each bedroom has a closet and a full bath. We always rent a golf cart to use going to the beach, down to Center Street, etc. We absolutely could have saved that money on this trip. There is a beach access trail almost directly across from the rental. It is also only a block and a half to Center Street. We walked everywhere with no problem. We highly recommend this property.

Not a bad place but description is a bit misleading

It was clean, convenient, and overall we had a good time. I don’t recall anything in the description however mentioning it is attached to another unit. This is more like a duplex. Furthermore it’s a bit outdated for the price and the “yard” is a strip of dirt in the back for dogs to relive themselves. Saying “fenced in yard” is a stretch. That said, we had a good time and the booking and check in/out process was easy.

Short walk to the beach

We loved that this house was a short ~2 block walk to the beach and Center St. The house was clean, well stocked, and up to date and the fenced-in yard/deck area was a plus while travelling with a dog.

Excellent Location. Beautiful property

We loved staying at this location. The house was enormous, located close to everything and was very clean. We’d love to stay here again. If you’re hesitating, don’t! You won’t regret it.
