NUOVO NOLEGGIO DI VACANZA DISPONIBILE PER PRENOTAZIONI 1 maggio 2019 (alcune foto sono immagini concettuali delle nostre altre proprietà per riferimento visivo mentre concludiamo i dettagli finali)
C'è un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi in questo recentemente ristrutturato due camere da letto, un bungalow sulla spiaggia con bagno completo situato a un isolato dall'affollata Center Street di Folly dove tutti i ristoranti e la vita notturna sono a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. La zona giorno è arredata in modo confortevole con un divano letto queen size in pelle, un paio di comode sedie e un divano letto a due piazze per il relax o il sonno supplementare. Prepara i tuoi pasti nella cucina completamente attrezzata e goditi la zona pranzo con tavolo e sei sedie. Ogni camera ha un letto king size, lenzuola aggiornate, TV a schermo piatto e mobili personalizzati. Il bagno è a grandezza naturale con una grande cabina doccia e fornito di asciugamani da bagno. Il bungalow dispone anche di una lavatrice / asciugatrice impilata.
Il cortile è splendidamente paesaggistico, con un barbecue, tavolo da pranzo, doccia esterna privata e sedie e completamente recintato per offrire un sacco di spazio per i bambini e / o gli animali domestici per giocare che vieni.
Questa casa ha un vialetto privato per parcheggiare fino a 2 veicoli, e si trova a 20 minuti dal centro di Charleston, negozi, ristoranti e molto altro ancora.

This was the perfect cottage for my husband, dog and I. We loved the outdoor area for coffee, and drinks in the evening. The bathroom shower was great and the outdoor shower was a great addition, too.

I wish I had known it was a walk thru gravel to reach the house. We are elderly and not easy for us pulling a suitcase. Did not spend much time at the house. Only for sleeping.

This rental was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to all Folly has to offer. The fenced yard and location adjacent to a greenway and beach access made it even better; our 2 senior pups had a great time seeing and smelling their way around Folly! We would rent this property again!

Even though the place is described as non smoking it smelled like an old smoking hotel room. They did bring an air freshener after I called but it really made the place hard to enjoy.

We are repeat guests and enjoy this funky property. It is clean and comfortable, with Folly Beach attractions just a few minutes walk from the home.

The property was extremely well located. Close to town and the beach. It was also great for our 3 dogs. the fenced in yard, green space out back and proximity to the beach made for a great time for them. The kitchen accoutrement was sparse, but we made do, and the bedrooms are quite small. But we slept well nevertheless.

Loved the property. The whole process from initial reservation through check out was flawless. Great location close to the beach and Center Street. Parking was very convenient which is challenging on Folly at times. The house was spotless when we arrived, beds were comfortable. First of hopefully 4 trips per year to see our Granddaughter for the next several years. Hope to be able to make use of this rental as often as possible.

This house was absolutely perfect for our Folly Beach vacation! It was spacious, very clean, comfortable, huge shower, and in the perfect location for short walks to the beach or restaurants & shops. We loved the fenced yard with the outdoor sitting area. We could not have asked for more. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I along with our dog enjoyed spending a long weekend here over Easter. I used to live in Charleston and hung out at Folly Beach often. The house is in a great location. It is close to the restaurants, bars and shops for an easy walk but far enough away that you don't hear the music of the bars. It is an easy walk to the beach also. Our dog loved the fenced in yard. There is also a grassy path that runs behind the house that is great for dog walking. FYI - We saw several people out walking their dogs without a leash on the grassy path. The house was lovely and quirky! The beds were comfortable. There were 4 different pillows on each bed so you should be able to find a comfortable one. Loved the outdoor shower! The house had many hooks and electrical sockets throughout the house. The floor is concrete with rugs throughout the house. Just make sure you bring house shoes to wear since the floor can be hard to walk on barefooted.

This beach bungalow was cute, eclectic and perfectly located. We felt safe in the neighborhood and walked everywhere from restaurants to the beach. The fenced courtyard and green space behind the bungalow was perfect for walking our dog.

This property was very spacious and had comfortable beds and other furniture. The kitchen was roomy and had the basics. We enjoyed being able to easily walk to the beach and very much appreciated that there was designated, off street parking.

Husband, son, myself, and two labradors loved our stay at this 209B Hudson. Check in was a breeze. They left us lights and music as a welcome. So clean and comfortable. Furniture and beds were all perfect and cozy. Loved that the kitchen was big enough to cook for the week, and that the table could sit us all with space to spare. Oven, fridge, stove, and even washer/dryer. Bring your special cooking equipment at only basics were provided. We appreciated the warm air (Christmas was actually cold in SC!) and the hot showers. Great communication with hosts. Dogs could go out into fenced yard and the neighborhood was lovely for walks. Safe and quiet. I would recommend any of Ryan and Brittany's properties. Thanks for making our holiday a family success.

Enjoyed our stay here! The house is really nice and neighborhood seems really nice. Close enough to walk to the beach and tons of restaurants and other things. Bed was a bit hard but that’s my only complaint. Everything was really clean and had plenty of towels, etc. would definitely stay here again

Our first vacation together was perfect, and our stay at 209 West Hudson was just the right location for us and our two dogs. The place offered everything we needed to unwind and relax! The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals, wonderful shower with excellent water pressure, the yard was great for the dogs, beach access made it great to take the dogs walking twice a day, we were able to walk to restaurants (Alfredo’s is excellent for homemade Italian, the Washout has good food and is a great place to watch sports), easy walk to Bert’s for quick groceries. Overall a great place to stay! Highly recommend!!
