A * PET FRIENDLY * completamente arredato, casa vacanza Folly Beach che è vicino a tutto sulla spiaggia! L'oceano è direttamente dall'altra parte della strada - comodo accesso. A soli 2 isolati dai negozi, dai ristoranti e dal molo di Folly Beach. La casa è stata progettata appositamente per le tue vacanze con una grande sala a volta, ascensore, cucina accogliente e 4 set di porte francesi che attraversano la parte anteriore della casa per massimizzare la vista. Camera matrimoniale e soppalco con vista parziale sull'oceano. Ampio portico coperto anteriore con amaca, barbecue e mobili da giardino. Solarium per prendere il sole privato.

Questa casa elevata ha un ampio cortile recintato che è perfetto per gli animali domestici. (Il nostro Alano e il suo compagno di giochi si recano in bassa stagione e lo adorano!).


Perché questa casa sugli altri a Folly Beach?: Questa casa è stata progettata appositamente per le tue vacanze! Il proprietario ha scelto il lotto e il piano casa pensando alla tua famiglia. Si trova sul lato ovest di Folly Beach, dove c'è meno traffico e rumore, ma a soli 2 1/2 isolati - facile distanza a piedi - da ristoranti, negozi, molo, ecc., Su Center Street. La casa è di 2a fila con accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Siamo PET FRIENDLY e abbiamo un ASCENSORE (ottimo per disimballare e sistemarsi facilmente dopo un lungo viaggio - o per tutti gli ospiti che non sono in grado di salire le scale) e un cortile recintato. La casa è fantastica anche per chiunque utilizzi una sedia a rotelle, con porte extra larghe su una camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno e doccia. E, a differenza della spiaggia di fronte e della maggior parte delle case di seconda fila su Folly, questa casa ha un parcheggio meraviglioso. C'è spazio per 3 auto sotto casa e spazio per altre 5 auto sui passi carrai. Anche insolito per una casa vacanza Folly è il cortile recintato. È ombreggiato dalla casa - un ottimo posto per tutti per rilassarsi al riparo dalla luce solare diretta.

Prendere il sole con gli amici bruciati dal sole? Amerai la nostra combinazione di solarium e veranda coperta. È abbastanza grande da aprirsi e prendere la giusta abbronzatura. E gli alberi che lo circondano aggiungono un po 'di privacy alle case vicine. Per gli ospiti che hanno avuto un po 'troppo sole, la parte coperta del ponte offre un gradito sollievo. Rilassati sui mobili del patio o sull'amaca e recupera senza perdere nessuna conversazione!

The house and location were great! The response from the owner was very good. Our problem was that the internet service was totally unreliable. We had three people that needed it for work so that was a big issue. Those three were able to join the family vacation based on internet access for work. Seems like Comcast doesn’t serve the area very well. Lesson learned! Otherwise, the vacation spot was wonderful!

Convenient location

We enjoyed our stay in this home on Folly Beach. Even though it was not on front beach, it was a very short walk. The pictures in the add, though, are outdated as it shows a view of the ocean. The beautiful oak tree out front totally blocks that view. (It really needs to be pruned.). The elevator was a huge help as we carried heavy items upstairs. We were able to sleep 11 comfortably. The fenced backyard was awesome since we brought our furry child with us. She loved it and we loved not having to leash her to take her outside. The two driveways made movement easy since everyone went different directions at various times. Being able to pull out in the road behind the house as well as the front was helpful as well. I did reach out to the property manager about the significant leak coming from one of the showers but did not hear back. Hope they are able to get that fixed soon. The only other concern was the internet. Seems like the router needs to be updated as we had very spotty service. Again, despite these few things, we really enjoyed our stay in this home. We would highly recommend.

Great rental property

We enjoyed our stay, it was a 60th birthday celebration with family. Great having a working elevator to get wheelchair and mother-in-law around safely. Would have preferred the beds to be a little lower for her, but it worked out fine. The space was definitely great for our needs and a fenced yard was an added pleasure for the children.

Great location and space

My family and I appreciated that the house was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We loved being so close to the beach and a short walk to the restaurants and stores on Center Street. My sons and daughter-in-law worked remotely during the week and enjoyed taking calls out on the spacious, shady deck. We've stayed in several great places in Folly Beach, and this was our favorite!

Another wonderful stay!

This was my family’s second time booking this house. It works perfect for our group of six - everyone gets their own corner of the house with a great common area. And the porch can not be beat! You’re just across the street from the beach and a short walk to Center. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent Location

Great house in Folly Beach. Location was fantastic. Can walk to all the restaurants/shops and beach is just across the street. Our dogs loved beach walks.

Fabulous House

This was our second time staying at the property and I know we'll be back. The elevator is invaluable for our older family members who have issues with stairs, the fact that the property allows for dogs is amazing, and the location is great. Thank you for another great trip to Folly!

Best beach vacation house ever

I had an amazing stay at the beach house. Everything was so close, and the beach was right across the street! My kids had so much fun playing games and reading. They did not want to leave. We will need to come back again, for sure. A bonus is that we got to stay over Super Bowl weekend and watch our team win. The water was always warm, and there was a cute little backyard. The elevator was really convenient, too. It was a great place for a family reunion. Thanks so much for everything!

Great location to enjoy Folly Beach

The house is conveniently located near the beach (right across the street) and to downtown (an easy 3 block walk). Its bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen had ample cookware and space. Our family of 6 had plenty of room though if you need the bunk beds in the loft, there’s no way to restrict light or sound for that area.

Fantastic

LOVED the house and the Folly Beach area. This was our first visit to the area and enjoyed it immensely. The elevator was a blessing with two grandmas who joined us for Thanksgiving. The layout of the home was great, too, along with allowing pets at no additional charge/fees. Our daughter’s French Bulldog came over a few times for a visit and enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Would love to stay here again.

Family of the bride

The house worked out great for our family of eight. The two grandkids enjoyed the loft. Not far from the wedding venue, and in walking distance to Center Street close to shops and restaurants. The drive-through driveway is really helpful as Ashley Street can be busy.

Beach house with plenty of room

The house was well stocked with all you need to spend a week at the beach..even found sand toys and toys in the house for the grandsons. The front deck was roomy and we had plenty of chairs for everyone. And a variety of dishes and utensils along with pots and pans…even some small appliances. Washer and dryer came in handy. The trash was a bit of a hassle, thought the property manager should have handled that but couldn’t even get a hold of them…they never returned our call. We would go back again especially because the elevator was great for those who couldn’t take the stairs. Our grandson who is in a wheelchair got sick just before we came, so he and Dad stayed home, actually in the hospital…but we hope to bring them next time. Love Folly Beach.

Another awesome stay at Folly Beach

This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as our last visit. We stayed a few days more this time and still hated to leave after 9 days. This is a perfect place to stay if you have dogs. Great fenced in yard for them to play in and easy walk to beach access across the street. Dogs loved daily beach walks as much as we did. Will be planning to return again next year.

Great two weeks!

We enjoyed another stay at this beach house. This year we stayed two weeks and it was wonderful. The house is located very close to the beach access which makes go to and coming back very convenient. The house is fairly equipped with everything you’ll need. Elevator is a bonus! Check I /out is very clear and quick. We look forward to staying here again! Thank you!!

Lots of room

Property was clean and roomy. The front porch was perfect to listen to the ocean . Very close to town. The fenced in yard was clean for the pets. Handicap accessible elevator and bathroom was a plus.

Friends Getaway

House was very comfortable for our party of 8. We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out on the large front porch. The beach access and proximity to restaurants, bars and shops was the perfect walking distance.
