Downtown Center Street is just under three miles away, so hop on your bike or in the car to enjoy dining, shopping, nightlife, and more. Walk a mile up the road to Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve and enjoy views of the Morris Island Lighthouse. Venture out to downtown historic Charleston (just 13 miles away) to enjoy sightseeing, shopping, historic tours, and delicious southern cuisine.

Great getaway with friends

We loved this home, and loved being right on the beach! The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the back porch, and the nice adorandak chairs while we watched dolphins swim by.

Great stay at Folly Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Folly Beach. The house was comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The deck is amazing - so nice to be able to sit out and watch the dolphins. Great location on the beach near Charleston.

Wonderful Place

Had a great time. this house is right on the water with beautiful views. We loved Folly Beach and the town itself. Everything was clean and worked for our stay. We will definitely be coming back to stay.

Great beach retreat

Very spacious beachfront home. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. It is also a quick trip into Charleston. Folly Beach has a cute downtown area with shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful time!

Quiet Weekend on Beach

Enjoyed the long weekend looking over the beach in a quiet area. It was December, so I did not expect too much of a crowd, of course. Enjoyed the living space and large deck area as much as the cool windy weather allowed.

We really loved this place. very comfortable and right on the ocean. Nice deck for sunbathing and we enjoyed our morning walks on the beach. Kitchen has everything you need. a few beach chairs would be a nice addition

Spacious house in great location

The house is spacious and comfortable. A bit of wear and tear over all but the beds were comfortable and the kitchen appliance were in good working order, some very new. You can't beat the view of the beach in a quiet neighborhood.

exactly what we were looking for!

This was our first time staying at a beach front home and we are ruined for all future vacations! It felt like we were on our own private beach. The home was clean & well decorated. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed for cooking in. We absolutely enjoyed our stay & look forward to returning soon!

Lovely home!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was exactly as advertised, but we found it to be even better. The deck and stairs were very new and had lovely deck furniture and lots of boogie boards and sand toys that were not in the listing. Yes, it is dated on the inside but It was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Do bring your own beach towels, but we would stay here again.

Great location

If you’re not caught up with an updated property, the value for the location worked for our fam. Visited in March and it was quiet and relaxing. Although dated and well worn, the house was clean and had decent basic amenities, although odd it did not provide beach towels at a beach house.
