This first-level Pavilion Watch condo has spectacular views of the ocean and Folly Pier, making it the perfect retreat for those looking for relaxation and proximity to the ocean. Enjoy the ocean breezes while sitting on the balcony, which is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. This charming beach abode is in a great community with its own pool–don't be afraid to take a dip in the shared pool!

The prime location of this condo will situate you less than a block from Center Street and an easy walk to the shops, restaurants, and bars. Sign up for surfing or paddleboard lessons at one of the various rental companies on the island. If you're a fan of water sports such as swimming, surfing, fishing, beachcombing, and boating, Folly Beach is the place to be! Swimming is allowed on all the beaches on the island, with public beach access at the end of every block.

The location was great. The town is very walkable so a car is optional. The VRBO was not stocked with some of the common items that I have been accustomed to with some recent VRBO bookings. We were also told to wait for a text regarding an early check-in. However, we learned later that this property did not allow early check-ins which disappointed us.

Vacation at Folly Beach South Carolina

The apartment was great. A very short walk to the beach. 3 nice sized bedrooms with 3 full baths. Nicely stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the balcony which has a lovely view of the ocean. We were able to walk to Folly beach pier, local shops and eateries. We had 2 grandchildren with us ages 10 and 13. It was an added bonus that the beach we walked to had life guards.

The condo was very nice! It was exactly as described. The condo was very clean and well organized. The only thing that could have been better was the opportunity to get in early. I had messaged them earlier in the week asking about the possibility to get in early. They said they would communicate that day with me, and we never heard anything.

Perfect location!

Picked up my College of Charleston student, and had a wonderful beach stay at this home. Plenty of space and privacy, lovely amenities, clean bathrooms and living areas, and best of all, that balcony with a great ocean and pier view.

No issues. The location was great and the property was very clean. The only thing i wish we could have done was be able to cast from my phone to the tv, but that didnt detract from the visit. We had a great time.

Debbie Evacuation Who is VACASA?

I booked with VRBO, then saw charges to VACASA. When the hurricane/storm Debbie started coming our way, less than 10 hours after our arrival, I started calling about having to evacuate. I had to deal with people from VACASA. Who is VACASA??? I stayed 1 night and had to evacuate the next morning without a refund. The people with VACASA were less than helpful. I will not deal with VRBO again.

Stayed here for a weekend 5/4 to 5/6. We had a great time!. Great location!. View from balcony of palms, beach, ocean and pier. Walking access to just about anything you could want/need. I would gladly stay here again if I came back to Folly Beach!

No property manager on site.

Had water emergency in another unit. Called Vacasa 3 times--no one answered. 911 was called and the city sent out an employee to check out the situation. Water damage specialists did show up. Pool needed to be vacuumed--not done until 3 days later. Living area couch too uncomfortable and dining area did not work out at all--small and inconvenient to use.

Great location. Could have been a little cleaner. Bathroom shower door leaks a little. Only bigger issue was one of the windows would not seal and let in swarm of “flying ants”.

Great location close to the beach and restaurants

We love the location and the layout. Parking was great there was an elevator. ( we loved it for check in and check out.) Linens were plenty. Love the decks which overlooked the beach. Access right across the street. The king bed was uncomfortable and the king room bathroom needed a good cleaning. The shower door was broken. All in all the place was great. Would be nice to do a deep clean of the bathrooms and floors.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at Folly Beach very much. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 plus one friend. The location is perfect, we were able to walk to dinner every night. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Nice location

The property was nice. The cleaning crew needs to pay mor attention to detail like dusting. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom needed dusting as well as the cable box in the den area. Overall the condo was very nice and I would definitely rent again.

We had a great time. The beach was terrific and the view from the balcony was fantastic. We had a problem with Palmetto bugs. I called vacassa their solution was to send over a can of ant spray!!! Not very helpful.We spent alot of time on the patio which was awesome. Overall great stay.Beds we are also very comfortable.

Great location, clean and good size rooms

Amazing stay. Super easy check in. We had our infant with us, they provided a pack and play, mini high chair and baby spoons! Elevator made it easy with the stroller. Lots of chairs on the porch to sit and listen to the waves. Loved how big the rooms were and the spacing of the rooms provided privacy. Wish they had black out blinds in the rooms- morning sun and outdoor stairwell lights were a nuisance through the sheer drapes.

Great location

The location was amazing. Right across and your on the beach. Pool was nice. While we were there they upgraded all the pool furniture. The condo was not the cleanest, under couch had dust, dirt, and little toys from previous people. Appliances such as a blender would have been nice to have and others upgraded. Overall, the beach location was worth it. Easy walk to the main strip.
