Welcome to On Beach Time! This quaint Folly Beach home overlooks the Folly River- a natural marsh where lots of native and migratory birds live. Spend time fishing on the dock or sunning on the back deck. Just steps from beach access, this single family home is the perfect couples retreat or family vacation destination. Now featuring a brand new luxury Swim Spa in the back yard.

The living room area has plenty of comfortable, plush seating with a corner sectional sofa. Watch movies or the big game on the large flat-screen TV. The recently renovated, fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a dining table for 4. Hardwood floors carry throughout the home.

The primary bedroom is spacious and bright with a king bed and TV. The guest room is furnished with 2 full beds and a TV.

The full front wrap around porch leads to the large back deck where you can catch the breathtaking sunsets over the marsh. Use the private dock for fishing or kayaking. The enclosed parking area under the house has plenty of room to store your boat and trailer.

Go into the Folly Beach downtown area, just 2.5 miles away, to wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Find the local and tourist favorite, the Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photos!

Downtown Charleston is only a 25 minute drive away. Enjoy strolling or taking a carriage ride through historic scenery. Charleston offers world-class restaurants, boutique shopping, tours specializing in history, ghosts, and culinary arts, art galleries, souvenir shopping down the Market area, and so much more! Walk along the harbor at The Battery, Waterfront Park, or go off the beaten path to find cobblestone streets and Rainbow Row. Take the kids to the South Carolina Aquarium or the Kids Museum. Several theaters around town host plays, concerts, and comedy shows. There's always plenty to do!

Parking in the driveway can fit up to 4 vehicles. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, outdoor shower, central heat and air conditioning, and $250 beach gear credit perk.

Property is strictly non-smoking. Home is pet-friendly with a $125 plus tax non-refundable pet fee, per pet, paid directly to the property management company after booking. A maximum of 3 dogs are allowed. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Contact us for pricing! **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
