Situated on the eastern shores of Folly Island, this charming retreat accommodates up to 11 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, promising pure relaxation and rejuvenation. 🏖️

Step through the front porch and immerse yourself in the heart of the home—a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area designed for seamless gatherings. Sink into plush sofas in the living room, where a generous Smart TV sets the stage for cozy movie nights and lively chats. The fireplace in the living room is for decoration only and can not be used by guests. The fully equipped kitchen beckons with seating for three at the island and a dining table for five, perfect for relishing homemade meals with your nearest and dearest. 🍽️

On the main floor, discover three inviting guest rooms—two boasting queen beds and one featuring a snug bunk bed (double and twin). These rooms share a well-appointed main bathroom with a double vanity and a shower/tub combo. Ascend to the second floor to find the luxurious primary suite, occupying the entire level. Here, a king and queen-sized bed await, accompanied by a Smart TV and a serene seating area. Treat yourself to the opulent ensuite bathroom, complete with a double vanity, a jet soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. 🛁

Step outside, and "The Dutch" unveils its outdoor paradise. Unwind on the back deck as gentle ocean breezes kiss your skin, or gather around the fire pit for evenings filled with laughter and gooey s'mores (please bring your own firewood and s'mores fixings). After a day of sun and sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower before retreating indoors. 🌅

Other Notes: *PLEASE NOTE: TURTLE HATCHING SEASON is from May-October. Per Folly beach LAW, all outdoor lights visible from the beach must be turned off from DUSK until DAWN during these months. PLEASE ALSO close curtains and blinds after dusk as well to help comply with conservation efforts.

*Pet policy: Our home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome. Please let us know before booking.

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*
*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
