Abbiamo pensato a tutto ciò che avremmo voluto per la nostra famiglia e l'abbiamo messo nella nostra casa a Folly Beach. Questa proprietà ha caratteristiche moderne; i soffitti alti tre metri gli conferiscono un'atmosfera da 'Old Charleston', area aperta per famiglie / sala da pranzo / cucina, bagni per ogni camera da letto, ponti su entrambi i livelli (schermati al piano inferiore, splendide viste, posti a sedere per sei), garage per due auto , pavimenti in legno, ripiani in granito, buona conservazione, cucina ben attrezzata. Abbiamo persino inserito cancelli e copri-prese e libri, giochi e video per i bambini!

La camera da letto al piano inferiore è un letto queen-size, c'è un letto a castello per quattro persone nella camera da letto al piano superiore (letto singolo, doppia base, singolo rotelle), e suite padronale tranquilla ed elegante con letto king-size, zona salotto, doppio lavabo , doccia e vasca idromassaggio separate e ampia cabina armadio.

C'è anche un mazzo fuori dal maestro, con una bella vista sulla palude e sul fiume. Ci sono televisori in ogni camera da letto. Lavanderia è al piano di sopra. Abbiamo un grill a gas, un camino a gas, illuminazione ambientale e TV a schermo piatto oltre il camino e nel master. Abbiamo internet ad alta velocità, accessibile in camera da letto principale via modem.
La proprietà ha una piscina comunitaria e un bacino della comunità di acque profonde con una buona pesca e un ampio spazio per legare la vostra barca. L'accesso alla barca è a pochi passi (un isolato) di distanza.

Puoi raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia appena ristrutturata in pochi isolati, o in "città" per mangiare di tutto, dalle tapas alla pizza alla colazione al Lost Dog Café. È possibile ottenere gamberi freschi dalle barche entro un miglio di follia, e il centro di Charleston è a soli 15 minuti di auto.

Perfect Location

This property was a perfect getaway for us. It was quiet but we were walkable to everything in Folly Beach. This was a great property that was well appointed and comfy.

Great Long Weekend

The house was just the right size for a family of four. We loved that the location was off the beaten path but very close walking distance to the restaurants and not too far from the beach. Very relaxing and comfortable stay. The marsh view from the pool is quite impressive.

Gorgeous beach house

We had a lovely stay at Waters Edge. The house was pristine and communication with the host was helpful and clear. We rented a golf cart which made getting around Folly a breeze. I would highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a Folly holiday.

Wonderful winter getaway

Our family of 7 spent a week here and loved it! We had plenty of space to relax in the town home (beach home?), and it was easy to access all of the historical sites and restaurants in Charleston. We liked staying in the more relaxed Folly Beach area and driving into Charleston. The kitchen had what we needed to fry fish, make smoothies, and handle the rest of our food needs.

Great comfortable place for the family and easy walk to the beach.

It was very well designed with the three bedrooms and three baths. The grandparents stayed in the downstairs bedroom with an adjacent bath and the three kids and mom and dad stayed upstairs in the kids room with bunkbed and trundle pull out. Mom and dad stayed in the master suite upstairs with its own outdoor porch. The kitchen was well equipped and next to the den and the porch outside. It was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants.

The house was beautiful and in a great area. Super convenient to the beach and to the main strip where all the shops and restaurants are and even to Charleston! We could walk to restaurants, cafes and stores (and if you’re up for the 15 min trek - even the beach) and anout 20 mins from James Island/Charleston. We ran into a hiccup when we first arrived as the AC was broken and it was 90 in the house, but emergency maintenance came by as we were out for dinner and had it fixed before we came back. The property management company was also great and was super communicative. They even gave us some wine and a gift card for the inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

We stay in lots of rentals as a family of 6-hotels don't work for us. This rental was perfectly located, clean and well furnished. We loved the dock in the neighborhood and it was close enough to the beach to walk (although we rented a golf cart and would recommend that as it's way easier than schlepping all your stuff to the beach). Nice weekend getaway

We came down with our friends and their 2 kids for the weekend. Our first impression was that it smelled like someone had just smoked in the house. The house appeared to be cleaned. The kitchen could've been cleaned a little better but it was ok. We liked how it was decorated and it did feel cozy. We did find a pack of cigarettes on the terrace but overall it was a nice weekend on Folly.

Everything was great. Just a heads up - the iron doesn't work and sprayed a bunch of brown water out of it when I tried to use it. Great location in Folly Beach

What we liked:- Excellent location, quiet, and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and pier. - Lots of space in home for storing clothes and belongings (walk in closet a plus)- Plenty of towels, upstairs washer/dryer, laundry baskets available- Full kitchen with a variety of dishes, pots and pans, cutting boards, coffee pot. Basically everything you need besides groceries- Comfortable bedding - Cabinet of board games- Screened in porch with fan- Smart TVs with some free channels and movies What we didn’t like:- Lots of stairs (which we expected)- Cannot use the grill due to HOA laws- Garage is a tight fit (we had a 2023 Traverse)- At end of stay we had to place all towels and bedding in laundry bags and at the front door which was pretty inconvenient when we were leaving at 6am- Master shower needs updating. Water pressure was not good so we only used it onceOverall nice place and location. We’d definitely stay here again.

We decided to rent a place near the beach for my daughter's 18th birthday. Our family had been quarantined for 7 weeks and looked forward to a change of scenery. The unit was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is located far enough from the activity of Center Street, but very walkable to restaurants and beach. Although restaurants were open, we elected to get take-out or we cooked in. The screened in porch was a favorite spot for meals. The docks on the property were also a great place to watch the sunset! Very cute property and excellent location!

Had an excellent time at this very cute property. The layout feels very spacious and property was very clean. Our Instacart groceries arrived before our arrival and the property manager went above and beyond putting them away. We had 1-dinner out in Charleston and it was just a quick 20 min drive. Highly recommend!
