Welcome to Fun-tana, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This gorgeous, renovated home is located in Fontana, Wisconsin and is within miles of everything the Lake Geneva area has to offer. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an open concept first floor and furnished basement, your guests have all they need for a comfortable and fun vacation. Spend evenings cozying up to a roaring bonfire, serve meals in the beautiful kitchen and dining space, or enjoy the game room area in the lower level. Just minutes away, guests can enjoy the lake, beaches, golf courses, shopping, restaurants and amazing winter activities. Fun-tana is the perfect place to make memories for all ages and seasons!

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
- Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
- A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
- PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.

Positives: *Well stocked kitchen *Great supplies, choice of games, towels, and bedding * The bedding was very soft and comfortable *Very nice furniture, updates and decor *The private beach was very nice *Other than old recycling left in the house (stunk), the house was clean. *The management company was very nice and responded to messages quickly *Check in was easy and exit procedures were clear and not as difficult as past houses I've rented. *It was nice to have a fire pit! *Great water pressure *It was nice to have cable channel options *Great to have some cleaning supplies and garbage bags *No electrical issues for us! *Glad there were air mattresses ..even though one deflated by morning! Needing improvement: *The rooms were smaller than shown online. Pictures provided made it look much bigger. Cramped for 7 people. *Just as the last reviewer commented, the appliances were still not secure/bolted down, so they moved everytime you used them. Management company said this was addressed. *No dressers for clothes! *Climate control was not easy to maintain between the upstairs and downstairs *The porch was a mess, overcrowded, and too small for the furniture. Extra chairs did not fit on porch *Backyard was close to neighbors *As last reviewer said, the procedures for beach access and parking was very unclear *Needed folding/extra chairs for interior *Did not use BBQ grills because they were so dirty Overall, we were grateful for this place to stay!

We used this as a Bonus house because our whole family can no longer fit at our house on the lake. It served our purpose well. clean good location. We did not use any of the lake access or other amenities.

This house is a great location to be close to the lake and convenient for a couple of food places. Getting to the house was easy, but we were given no information regarding the private beach access/parking mentioned in the listing so we had to figure it out on our own until the management company got back to us. The patio furniture, fire pit, and grill could use some maintenance. They looked like they hadn't been used in awhile and weren't set up. We may have been the first renters for the season. The house was clean except for some bugs in the basement and the appliances had all been updated, but the house could use some electrical updates. Every time we used the hairdryers provided to use or the toaster, we would lose some power and we had to keep flipping the fuse in the basement. Also, the appliances weren't secured so when you opened the microwave or dishwasher you had to be careful not to shift the entire appliance. The downstairs had a great set up for entertaining and had a variety of games for use on nights in. There were also several amenities provided for us such as trash bags, toiletries, etc. that were very nice to have. Overall, the house worked well for our family trip and was in a great location, but did have some minor inconveniences.
