“Excellent Staff, and service, Rooms very well designed, very Hommy, super clean Swimming pool area amazing view but Needs improvement the lounge chairs and seating swivel chairs are broken! The pool could be cleaner as well; they need a hot tub for only adults or supervised young kids. More security and staff supervising the gym and common areas, bunch of teens where literally destroying the gym even they were no allow there, so you couldn't even work out. “It was really a pleasant experience at this hotel. The room and overall hotel were in excellent condition. You get a full size refrigerator and a kitchen top and the hotel is not too far from all sightseeing.”

“Only comment - it rained so poolside groups moved from poo areas lto protected seating adjacent and several of dads w their significant others/spouses and some family had overserved themselves and therefore made fools of themselves while bothering the couples, families sharing the shelter and/or eating. Staff did not address the men to request courtesy towards other guests so, ultimately, other guests left or crowded to opposite end of porch.”

“Disappointing Stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Colorado Springs North/Air Force Academy We arrived at the hotel at 4:00 PM, the scheduled check-in time, but our room was not ready. The front desk initially told us the wait would be only 30 to 45 minutes. Instead, we waited nearly two hours before we could access our room. We were informed that the hotel was overbooked and had only two housekeepers working. While staffing challenges can happen, the hotel should have been better prepared...

“We liked all the storage and shelf space. We liked how spacious the room was for 5 people. The breakfast was ok. Would have liked to have the pool a bit warmer and having a hot tub would have been ideal.”

“Average hotel, the personnel is very friendly but the rooms are a bit noisy (a/c and highway). 10 minutes by car from downtown but without the car not much is available.”
