“The room was very spacious and well organized. Jadin at the front desk was very helpful explaining the Hilton honor program. He won my 3 year old grand daughter over with the simple gesture of giving her a badge for hurting finger. This saves me from a trip to Walmart. I have been the hotel business for 40 years. Pros: Clean rooms and helpful staff (although the company could invest in teaching Spanish speaking staff key words and phrases in English, and English speaking staff the same for key Spanish words and phrases -- We asked for extra blankets and received 5 pillowcases.) “The staff was really nice and responsive the common areas were nice but need ice. The room was a great size but it was dirty, food crumbs on the beds trash on the floor, and it wasnt stocked no handsoap or extra toilet paper. There was a kitchenette but no utensils. The tiles in the bathroom were teetering and missing grout the curtains were broken in the bedroom. “The room itself was fine for the week. However, better security is needed. My car was set on fire on Monday the 1st early. Not the way to start the move to Colorado Springs. I would like to have some sort of remuneration (money) for said fire since it wasn't my fault. Otherwise, it was a good stay. But I won't stay there again.”
