“Room was fine, bed was comfortable, sink in bathroom was very small, desk area as we came into the room looked like it had spots of something that spilled on it, but it was where the laminate had been burned off or melted by something in many places. Room was clean ed daily and we received fresh towels, etc. Breakfast was not good as far as eggs and sausage. After the first day we just ate toast or cereal. That definitely needs some changes.”

“The room I got was a Jacuzzi room. The Jacuzzi did not work. The staff member did get me another room, thankfully. The staff were all very nice. That was the thing I like the most. it’s very outdated. The paint was peeling the vents over the hot tub did not work. When we turn the hot tub on the lights would dim. The water after filled was not hot not even warm at the end. I think if they updated a little bit, make sure everything was in working order. This would be a good place. I most likely...

“It was close to Henry Ford. It had plenty of parking so both those were something positive. The negative was: the check in lady gave no information re breakfast or parking. Her only information was where the elevators were. Breakfast was ok and typical of hotel breakfasts. Unit was clean except for the dried urine on the bathroom toilet and towels supplied for 2 people 4 night stay consisted of 2 bath,2...

“Lots of things were broken or worn down. Had to make lots of trips to the front desk for missing items like bedding, towels, and having our room cards cancelled when we had another night left.”

“The Henry Hotel is like an Oasis in Dearborn MI. It’s beautifully decorated, well appointed, clean, and has wonderful staff. It even smells good. And the food at the restaurant was delicious! If you need a place to stay while you’re in Dearborn, this is the place. A++++++”

“The property is outdated the hot tubs we peeling and stained very grimy on top of the grossness, the room above jets were obtrusively loud and then the roof broke and water poured in the room. We were moved to another upgraded king room and the tub was dripping all night. There was rust stains and peeling and grubby finish. The mattresses were terrible ”
