“I never got to stay in my reserved room. The hotel canceled my reservation around 7:00 p.m. because they claimed my credit card did not go through. “I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While the beds appeared to be made upon arrival, the sheets were clearly not clean—there was visible lipstick smeared on them, which was very concerning.
We contacted the front desk and requested fresh sheets. While they did provide new ones, we were simply handed the sheets and had to change the bedding ourselves, which is not what I would expect from a hotel stay.
Overall, the cleanliness and service did not meet...

“We did not have a trash can, asked 3 times and finally got one our last night. Pool and hot tub not working. This was not communicated. I would have stayed somewhere cheaper if I had known… no discount offered. Asked for more towels and had to go seek them out because they weren’t given to us. I had to park in the back and found out the pool ( the only door in the back) wouldn’t open. I had to walk around the side. The area was unlit and dark. “I forgot my AirPods Pro and so I called to get them back. I tracked on my phone the location of the AirPods and in fact it showed that they were at the hotel. The lady at the reception however mentioned several ways in which they could be send them back to me but that she wanted to tell the manager to contact me first. He however never did. So I called again and the same lady now tells me that the AirPods were not found even though my phone still indicates that the AirPods are at the hotel. ”
