“If ww were stayed at Fifth Floor I would give five stars but footfall noise is quite critical. I suggest a renewal with carpet instead of compact vynil tiles”

“The convenience was great for a medical appointment staying so close to hospital. The hallways and our room floor had white carpet freshener sprinkled all over for the two days that we were there. Never vacuumed (but smelled nice) and our room and bathroom were not very clean. Free cookie was delicious but there was no coffee unless we purchased breakfast. And now I’m grumpy cause I haven’t had my caffeine.”

“The hotel is hard to find as it is part of a conference center and not marked with signage. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk, and although there was a number to call no one answered because the phone was still sitting there. Then when she finally showed up she was full of attitude. The room was nice, clean and comfortable but no in room coffee.”

“The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. the room was clean and well organized. the mattress was a bit older and had sunken spot on one side so it likely needs to be replaced, but other than that I will stay there business trip to STL.”

“The Property is full of old world charm and very well maintained with all the major amenities provided. The manager was extremely informative regarding dining, entertainment and tourist options. Location is very close to theatre district but be prepared to travel a bit further to if you want multiple dining options. Property has dedicated street parking but can get busy on Fri and Sat nights due to theatre traffic, however, the manager was very helpful in reserving or securing spots for us so no...

“Room and entire hotel was clean a well kept. The breakfast was very good and the evening “snacks” were much better than expected! Hotel was very full with families as it was the first or second week or summer vacations from school but the staff kept everything stocked, swept, mopped and moving while being very polite to everyone. Local shopping and amenities were very close and overall a very convenient location for the west end of St Louis. Highly recommend!”
