“My expedia says check in at 3:00. Hotel says 4:00 and they were terrible at communicating when rooms were done amd we didn’t get in until 4:30. Parking was ridiculously expensive and they put two pending charges for $192.00 and $242.00 before they figured out the correct amount. Had to call back because they charged me for two valet parking permits when i purchased one.. not a great experience”

“If ww were stayed at Fifth Floor I would give five stars but footfall noise is quite critical. I suggest a renewal with carpet instead of compact vynil tiles”

She keeps the establishment immaculate, and served a scrumptious homemade breakfast! “We had an excellent 3 night stay. Staff was great…they accommodated us when we asked to extend our stay by 1 night. Lots of information about St. Louis was available. The fridge, microwave and dishes on the top floor made it easy to enjoy our leftovers from Vito’s. It did get cold one night and there was no thermostat in our room, so extra blankets would have been appreciated. ”

“Located on the campus of Washington University right next to Forest Park. It is centrally located. We were lucky enough to sail on the fifth floor. I do have laundry facilities upstairs as well as a coffee, tea refrigerator microwave area not sure if that’s on every floor, but it was on the fifth rooms were very nice bathroom very clean spacious staff was wonderful to deal with. They have a breakfast they offered. It’s $11 per person and it was quite tasty. Did not partake in dinner, but it...
