“We waited 20 minutes for an elevator and 15 minutes another time for a single elevator from the second floor. It made us late to the event we had booked for. We had gear and small children so stairs were not an option. This seemed very frustrating to multiple guests.The first hot tub was full of chloramines and my child with well controlled asthma had to leave the pool with a coughing fit within 5 minutes of entering, as did several other children we watched from another pool area.
