“Our stay was very enjoyable. The place was welcoming , clean and relaxing. Our host made us feel like we were home. An excellent breakfast was served. We highly recommend staying here. ”

“Clean, spacious rooms. Bed and pillow was soft and comfortable . Continental breakfast was okay with choices coffee and teas, sausage, hard boiled eggs, couple choices of cereals, toasts and bagels.”

“It was a nice updated hotel. The cable TV was clear, Nespresso machine, shampoo smelled nice and the room came with slippers which was a nice touch. There was no hand lotion or coffee in the lobby though which differs from other similar tiered hotels. However, it's just the trade offs between different hotels. ”

“You can tell this property is well managed and cared for. Little things like having a staff member attend the waterslide for safety are appreciated. Room was as expected, clean. Breakfast was pretty standard continental, honestly could have a bit more variety (no berries for the waffles for example) but that’s nitpicking. It’s a good hotel, and I’d stay there again.”

“It was very noisy and staff did not look into kids running around and playing mini stiks in hallway. We did not stay for the 3rd night as planned. ”

“Breakfast was always good. Five days of goodliness. Staff was always cleaning vacated tables to insure the readiness for new users. Parking was quite adequate, both front and back of the hotel. Had a few issues with the digital key cards. Possibly because of card touching too close to my phone in my pocket, the cards failed to unlock our room door. I have to admit, the rooms are getting somewhat tired and could use a bit of TLC. Hallways were quite noisy as we had young hockey teams staying...

“The staff was really rude to me, the morning that I had to check out, I went for a meeting and it took longer than I expected, came back to check out and I went to apologize for missing the check out, mind you I was supposed to to check out at 11am and I got back to the hotel at 11:23am. I went to apologize to the staff at the front desk and she was really rude and disrespectful to me and kept making terrible remarks and honestly I felt very insulted. “I personally enjoy staying at this hotel, and often recommend it. The staff have been friendly and helpful any time I've stayed. The elevators are quick and always in order. The rooms feel clean and fresh. I would say the rooms could potentially be incrementally cleaner, however I do residential cleaning for a living and tend to notice things most people might not (dust on an obscure surface or streaks on a mirror for example) and being aware they have a lot of rooms to clean, I do not expect...
