“I have faced many problems. I have booked the room for 2 queen bed but instead they gave us king size bed room. I have requested to change the room but staff was very rude and not helping at all. Worst experience i have gad in this hotel.”

“Excellent location for me. Helpful staff. Very clean hotel and very comfortable bed. However, my room’s window had a leak when the big thunderstorm hit. I reported and they sent people to come and clean it right away. And I think their furniture needs to be updated. But besides that, everything is good.”

“Staff Ed not very friendly or useful only the lady was checked us in. Elevators weren’t working, rooms need some renovations. The bathroom mainly renovated but there were rust. The shower gel and hand soap dispensers weren’t filled. AC was loud and old hard to get an accurate temperature. Location is very convenient but it’s subpar of a Hilton”
