Spacious Heart of Loveland Bungalow with swingset and large yard

Although completed updated with modern amenities, this home has 10 ft ceilings and a great vintage vibe. Loveland is home to many artists so we have incorporated unique local decor with a focus on Loveland and the surrounding area. Cook a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen with newer appliances. All bedrooms are spacious with seating areas and tv's. 2 dining areas. Open living/ dining area has a desk, ample seating, and many games, puzzles, and books to keep you occupied. Enjoy the large private yard with swingset, grill, firepit, and many outdoor games to use during your stay. We are doing extra disinfecting after the usual cleaning and provide cleaning and disinfecting products for guest use as well. The only shared space is the laundry which we don’t usually use while guests are upstairs. We occasionally stay in the basement but don’t expect guests to do anything different whether we are there or not.

Mary was very responsive to questions. Perfect house for our family reunion. Kitchen is very well equipped for cooking meals and the backyard is lovely. My granddaughter really enjoyed the swing set and toys. Would stay again!

This property is super kid friendly. Toys, games and outside area.The bedrooms are nice. Good amount of space, comfy beds. The master has broken blinds.The kitchen was well equipped. The fridge needs to be cleaned. There are 3 different light bulbs in the fixture over the dining rm table, not a big problem just odd and not the best look.The neighborhood was quiet, very dark at night. Some outside lighting would help guests looking for the home at night. The porch light helps a little.Mary was a lovely person to work with while making the reservation. Very responsive.

Great place!

My family & I stayed a few weeks back and had a great time in Loveland! The house was clean and very nice. I didn’t stay Indoors much but the time we did it was great! Thank you and would live to come back again! Maybe not for softball next time, just good family fun! Lol

Great stay at Loveland bungalow

My family stayed at Mary's place in Loveland for a week. Everything was excellent. The kitchen was really well stocked. The house was very clean and tidy. There were tons of activities to keep my young children occupied in the down time between excursions. Check in was super easy. Check out process was reasonable and straightforward. Great stay all around. Thanks Mary!

Great Spot for Family Stay

We stayed for a little over a week. The house was spacious enough for our family, even to work from home some days. Our toddler enjoyed the toys and outdoor area, and seemed to really seem at home.

Great family spot, kid friendly

This location was good for our family of 3. The owner went above and beyond and even set a sled out for us so our 5 year old could enjoy the snow.The bed was a bit too firm for my husband and I, so be aware if you have back problems. Also take care on the stairs into the backyard as it is a bit awkward to open the back door on the stair landing. We also were never able to get the television in the master bedroom to work, but it did not have much of an impact overall. We could not use the stove in the kitchen without silencing the carbon monoxide detector, as the alarm would go off the second the stove would turn on.The floors were a bit dusty in the corners, particularly in the bathroom, but overall the house was fairly clean. It is a dated house, so there were some cracks in the tub, but it was cozy and welcoming on the whole.The backyard is lovely and has a wonderful play set for younger kids, and the loving room setup is perfect if you are snowed in.The owner did text us after leaving with a not so pleasant text accusing us of leaving a window open. I would have appreciated a phone call rather than an accusation, as our very Southern family would have never been able to withstand a Colorado trip with a window open in the snow, and we hadn't even entertained the possibility of opening a window. It was a put off, given how pleasant every other interaction with the owner had been, especially considering the housekeeper was there within hours after we left.

Okay

The property was as discribed except the air conditioning did not seem to reach the primary bedroom and kitchen. We stayed in the summer and the outside temperatures averaged in the mid to high 70s the week we stayed. If we did any cooking in the kichen it became quite hot.

Awesome Extended Weekend

Myself and my adult children stayed here for an event that was going on in town. The location was great, we were close to everything and it is such a beautiful area. The house is lovely, with lots of great space and comfortable bedrooms. While we didn't have children with us, it would also be great for families with small children. Mary was gracious and accommodating for us. We would definitely like to stay here again. I highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay near RMNP

Our family had an absolutely fantastic 3 nights at this location. There was plenty of space for my wife and I, our teenage kids, and my parents as we were road tripping in Colorado. The house had plenty of space for all of us, a huge kitchen with everything we needed to make meals. We could not recommend this location higher and will absolutely make every effort to stay here every time we visit Colorado if at all possible.

Cozy House

This house was very well kept & had plenty of space both inside & outside. We didn’t get a chance to really enjoy the full backyard, but my mother-in-law did enjoy her coffee outside one morning. We needed a clean, relaxing place to stay while in town for a few days & this place was perfect!

Total comfort!

Traveling with Grand daughter, she got to pick which bedroom she wanted . She opened the closet and found a treasure trove of toys. Some were perfect for her bath. When the weather warmed up, she and GPa were able to play many games in the pretty back yard. With food allergies it is easier for us to do most of our own cooking, the kitchen is well appointed and grocery close by. We had a lovely visit seeing family.

A Beautiful rental for a wedding around the corner

This was the perfect property for my family for my daughter's wedding at the McCreery House. Comfortable rooms and a playground in the back yard for my granddaughter.
