“I switched rooms twice as the bathroom was never cleaned and there were pee stains on the toilet. The pool was out of service and green. The walls in the hotel looked dirty. My room looked old with multiple things broken. Breakfast was not very good. I came home with a rash from the bedding. Nothing smelled clean. Worst work trip EVER!”

She was absolutely amazing. I accidentally dropped a glass bottle, and she made sure every piece was carefully cleaned up and vacuumed. She went above and beyond to make sure I wouldn’t get hurt.
