“Very nice and clean”

“When I had checked in, I didn’t realize that I couldn’t check in till 3 o’clock the next day and it was hard to change my reservation so that I could check in that morning at midnight”

“For the price we paid for this room it was such and unpleasant stay. Tv not working staff NO help . Never have I had to pay a $50.00 deposit to stay at a Hampton Inn. I asked for a receipt and was clearly told I had to get my receipt from Expedia. I have never ever had this issue ! Very disappointed as Hampton is my choice of Hotel! ”

“Overall, this was a good stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the room was thoroughly cleaned and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay, which really made a difference. Parking felt safe and secure, and the location offered easy access to the freeway, making it convenient to get around. The only downside was the breakfast. The selection was pretty limited and mediocre overall. There wasn’t much in the way of protein...

“I like the fact that they open breakfast super early for the construction workers. And it was actually really good for the price of the room”

“Room was clean. Night 1, AC went out. Night 2, fire alarm went off due to water. Just felt like I paid a lot of money for the stay and should have been offered a discount for the trouble but overall was a nice visit.”

“There’s no pool sadly but the kitchen was a nice touch! Some units have new appliances while others had old wear and tear and stains. There’s no deposit required so that was a plus and the picnic area was nice. It smelled of cigarettes and weed in some areas even our room it would smell even though we had a non-smoking room, even through out the day.”

“Room was very clean. Only problem was having to wait for hot water. You would have to let it run for at least 10 minutes for it to heat up.”

“Staff was okay, had an issue with parking and a tow truck taking up 6 parking spots with a full parking lot. Brought it to the front desks attention and was told to find other parking. Rooms were okay need a little updating.”

“This place is a dump! The sofa bed was broken, every fixture in the room was loose including shower fixtures, there was no hot water, AC didn't work, staff is lazy and unhelpful. Avoid this place if you can, it is REALLY BAD!”
