“Even if the first impression was good, Service was bad in everything. We stayed three night and always found beds undone and room not cleaned. The first day the breakfast was decent and sufficient, the coming days we couldn’t find even a yogurt... and only after arguing with the receptionist, who said they were finished, he came back with two full boxes! Not right! In general, place and room were fine with very comfortable mattress. I would come back hoping to find a better service next time....

“This place must have changed hands since my last stay there. No face cloths on entire property. No housekeeping received during entire stay. Several requests to no avail. Had planned to use this property for additional stays, but not now. It was an awful experience.”

“Bellissima location in una casa dell'800 in un'atmosfera un po' inglese e un po' da favola. Molto cordiali al check in. Camera di dimensioni normali (margee suite) ma molto carina con bagno spazioso. Colazione eccezionale, nella sala da pranzo insieme agli altri ospiti, Macedonia fresca con yogurt e piatto a scelta cucinato al momento. Abbiamo preso french toast con sciroppo d'acero caldo, buonissimo. Un po' fuori da downtown ma in macchina non ci sono problemi.”

“It's an older hotel that needs upkeep, but in general is ok and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and the parking situation is convenient.”

“The overall experience was alright. The issue we had was the breakfast. It wasn't as expected. Instead of scrambled eggs like on the menu, it was dried out egg patties. The sausage patties were dry, there was apple juice and lemonade, no orange juice. The milk wasn't kept on ice, so I wasn't attempting cereal. The yogurt and coffee cake were the only good things about that breakfast. Scrambled eggs would have been more ideal. If we do come back I'll bring my own breakfast makings.”

“Great hotel! Older, but clean. Our kids particularly loved the pool. Small, but well stocked and clean breakfast area.”

“Prenotato lo stesso giorno per un imprevisto, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Hotel nuovo, camere spaziose e pulitissime. Colazione americana di buon livello. Consigliato ”

“Not their fault but there were kids running the halls as it is close to Hershey park. I did hear the staff tell the parents they needed to calm down. I don't know if this is the norm. Other than that the hotel was clean, convenient location. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was decent.”

“Our stay was very nice other than only 1 out of 2 elevators worked and the hotel was very busy. The breakfast buffet was definitely not up to the standards of many others we have been to. The setup was very disorganized, the hot food was mislabeled and things were messy. I did love the layout of our room and the bed was very comfortable.”

“No need to stay at expensive Hershey hotels. The hotel is close to Hershey and has plenty of shopping. Easy access to highway.”

“Nothing to like. Should be ready with backup plan in some case of discontinuation of any routine or mandatory utility.”

“Our stay was very comfortable. Our room was pretty big. We stayed in the 2 double bed and sofa (with a trundle). Our room was clean, no complaints. We never made the breakfast but our stay came with breakfast. We will def stay here again.”

“Booked with them 2 nights, 2nd night they say they're overbooked somehow and I will have to find somewhere else to stay. They never offered to fix their mix up. My family was displaced due to storm which knocked our electric and water out. I'm highly displeased and disappointed with the serice and treatment I received.”
