“Even if the first impression was good, Service was bad in everything. We stayed three night and always found beds undone and room not cleaned. The first day the breakfast was decent and sufficient, the coming days we couldn’t find even a yogurt... and only after arguing with the receptionist, who said they were finished, he came back with two full boxes! Not right! In general, place and room were fine with very comfortable mattress. I would come back hoping to find a better service next time....

“Bellissima location in una casa dell'800 in un'atmosfera un po' inglese e un po' da favola. Molto cordiali al check in. Camera di dimensioni normali (margee suite) ma molto carina con bagno spazioso. Colazione eccezionale, nella sala da pranzo insieme agli altri ospiti, Macedonia fresca con yogurt e piatto a scelta cucinato al momento. Abbiamo preso french toast con sciroppo d'acero caldo, buonissimo. Un po' fuori da downtown ma in macchina non ci sono problemi.”

“Be sure to check some of the walk in showers. When wet, the floor can be incredibly slick. The bathroom door didn't close, nor did the closet door. Otherwise, the staff was very nice and friendly. Overall look to the facility was nice.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They were also very helpful and understanding, which made our experience even better. Highly recommend!”

“Friendly welcoming staff, super clean, well lit rooms and hallways. I didn’t use pool, exercise equipment, or laundry but all looked well cared for and welcoming. Breakfast was exception, with real food - eg, individual spinach and cheese frittata; oatmeal with wide variety of toppings including blueberry compote, as well all the other usual breakfast foods. I would definitely recommend this hotel. ”

“Had a great stay over the holiday. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely friendly, the room exceeded my expectations, and everything was very clean, including the pool area. Only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the shower in my room, the glass “door” doesn’t go across the entire shower so I felt like water easily got on the bathroom floor but it wasn’t terrible as long as a towel was down. ”
