“Beautiful property on the beach with comfortable beds. Difficult to reach anyone at reception (multiple phone calls unanswered, email not answered, and often nobody at the desk - only to have the “Chief Engineer” show up on two different occasions and be rude). When I did finally meet the front desk, she was lovely and helpful.”

“This hotel was everything that I needed it to be!! I went for a few days to rest and reset. Perfect location steps from the beach. Excellent restaurants and snack/coffee bar. The pool area was nice and relaxing. You can also get food and drinks there. One of the coolest things was they have a catwalk and elevator that takes you directly to the beach!!
The staff was so friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and the bed was so comfortable with a nice fluffy down comforter.”

“The staff was very pleasant. The resort does look like it needs some maintenance and upkeep in some areas i.e. paint pealing, water damage. The beach view was great but there was no communication prior to check in of the situation with the beach where it was not recommended to enter due to the large amount of seaweed (sarcasm). Asked due to not being able to enter the water to see if we could leave 1 day earlier and it was denied without paying for the full stay. The air conditioning vents...
