“Check in and front desk was smooth and friendly...however, although sheets were clean, the bathroom floor/ corners of room were dusty and not clean in appearance and breakfast staff not friendly. Breakfast was stocked well, for a light Was happy to only be booked for 1 night, would have changed hotels if more nights were needed.”

“When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. However, they do have rooms, but I have to pay $280 at that time while my booking was $196 for 2 nights. After half an hour of argue, the price go from 280 to 240 to...

“The motel was fine in all aspects but when got there we were told Expedia had refused our credit card which was perfectly good and didn’t give us any idea about why. We had to use a different card and I believe pay their fee not what we had agreed upon. ”

“There was a very visible black hair in the bathtub. I have grey hair. In the morning a man knocked at 10:26 and then opened the door before I could answer to see if I had left yet. Very rude, should not have done this unti 11:00 or after.”

“Very clean and well stocked room with dishes and kitchen utensils. Plenty of extra bedding. Breakfast was very nice, with staff working quickly to keep everything running. Front desk and maintenance were all friendly and helpful. Overall a very good stay!”
