Hotel vicino a Fort McAllister - Richmond Hill

“Staff were helpful to our request. We had a small dead bug on the bathroom once we entered the room. Also there was a tiny spider walking on our white top blanket cover. Breakfast was poor unfortunately. Their pool and hot tub were pretty good. Breakfast ends pretty early at 9 am. Very big room.”

“Room so filthy smelly. Ac and refrigerator didn’t work. Some of weird smell was coming from ac. Staff was noncooperative. Took out the breakfast while guests are still eating.”

“This hotel was straight up dirty as a mf. Wouldn’t suggest this to a lost soul. The shower floor was filthy, we had to put towels on the shower floor just to shower comfortably.”

“The air conditioning did not work in the room (it remained 76 and humid), tv in the room did not work (wasn’t even plugged in when we got into the room), the cereal in the breakfast bar was stale. The common areas look nice. Would not go back”

“Property was infested with roaches. When telling the front desk they were already aware of the infestation and declined my request for a refund. 0/10 experience.”

“Good continental breakfast. No ice bucket in the room but front desk finally found a bucket for us.”

“The property was in bad shape. Our room entrance door was broken would not open. The jams damaged with screwdrivers I reported to the attendant. the bathroom door would not close and was coming off the hinges this place really really needs to be renovated. Only reason I stayed was I needed an emergency hotel for the night since it was after midnight would definitely than that stay in the place again.”

“Toilet wouldn't flush and their only response was they had a plunger.......that wasn't the problem. Free breakfast was coffee. No more Quality for us!”

“Disgusting because the bathtub and sink drainage were full of hair and clogged, they even tried to move me to another room as the maintenance crew was not in the property at around 8:30 but the other room was the same, clogged with human hair, the maintenance guy came late at night but he just unclogged the drainage without moving the hair, I dont recommend it”

“This hotel was okay. It's fine for a place to lay your head at night. The staff was kind and helpful but there also wasn't much staff in general. The pool was closed because of a failed health inspection. The worst part of the stay that I found unacceptable was the lack of breakfast. In the morning there was no breakfast available. I believe another guest told my group that the excuse was "no chef". This is completely unacceptable, if a place advertises complimentary breakfast then that...

“The bathroom door was filthy with paint coming off and chipped wood. The mirror wasn't clean. The dispensers were empty of the shower gel and shampoo. Only 3 pillows for a King size bed. They only give a bag for ice without the canister. The bag leaked. Not a place that you want to stay.”
