“It was fair, was there 4 days and zero coffee two of those days staff argued who was responsible for making it.”

“The do not have Queen beds, despite all advertising saying they did. When I brought this up with management, they said they only have doubles and didn’t seem to care that their website says otherwise. We also couldn’t have anyone sleep on the floor because there were little beetles crawling around. Carpet had a tear that was duct taped together. The bed light switch was hanging out by its wires.”

“When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. However, they do have rooms, but I have to pay $280 at that time while my booking was $196 for 2 nights. After half an hour of argue, the price go from 280 to 240 to...

“Filthy room. Stained towels. Hairs in the sink. I had to ask for soap and shampoo. No water cups. Non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. Smoke detector knocked out of the ceiling with wires hanging out. Cigarette burns in the comforter. No table to eat food or work at, so I had to hunch over the end table. ”

“Room had roaches, bathroom and room was dirty, sheets and cigarette burn holes. And some of the light fixtures did not work.”

“No cleaning during stay. Breakfast was good. Rusty tub. Have to have a car because 10 miles away from River Street & no nearby stores or shops”

“Do not stay here. They dont have hot breakfast like the website says. They don't have any breakfast at all. You're charged for extra tissue and the room we had smelled like old socks. We found the source of the smell, a blacken moldy connection door. Never book if you can help it. ”
