“Overall decent for the price point. Housekeeping doesn’t do daily cleaning and only took trash and brought fresh towels once for a four night stay. The rest of the time I took out my own trash and had to ask for towels. The beds were never made. The air conditioning was very loud. Luckily I could sleep through it so I didn’t complain. “The property was in bad shape. Our room entrance door was broken would not open. The jams damaged with screwdrivers I reported to the attendant. the bathroom door would not close and was coming off the hinges this place really really needs to be renovated. Only reason I stayed was I needed an emergency hotel for the night since it was after midnight would definitely than that stay in the place again.”

“I honestly would give this stay a negative zero if I could. From the moment we arrived, it was a terrible experience. The first room they gave us was clearly not cleaned — the bed looked like someone had just rolled out of it, and the covers were dragged all across the floor. The second room wasn’t much better. There were roaches, broken dresser drawers that constantly slid open on their own, and raid powder sitting in the corners, which tells me this is an ongoing issue they’re clearly aware...

First, at check-in I was charged without my consent — a double charge, as my reservation was already paid through Expedia more than three weeks prior to our arrival. “Loved this location, good restaurants around, Hotel was in a safe neighborhood with good lighting. Can't beat the price, I've paid twice as much for places that were not quite as nice....it will become a preferred location for me for my travels through Savannah....Rooms were clean and quiet with good a/c.”

“Wir, Familie 2+2, haben eine Nacht hier übernachtet. Wer viel um die Welt gereist ist, kann auch hier übernachten. Die Bettwäsche war sauber, das Bad war okay. Sonst war das Zimmer nur oberflächlich aufgeräumt. Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, ebenso der Kühlschrank und die Mikrowelle. Das Haus und das Zimmer benötigen Renovierung, nicht seit gestern. Eine der Eismaschinen funktionierte, der Fernseher leider nicht (world cup…). Der nicht funktionierende Fön wurde ersetzt. Das Frühstück war basic....

“I had to ask them to switch my room immediately. When I first entered there were nats flying around the room, the pillows had stains on them, and the tub was constantly leaking and wouldn’t stop.”

“The price was good - the room was a good size with a roll away bed and kitchenette-bathroom could have been cleaner - there was a hole in one of sheets -juice and coffee were terrible - staff was friendly but there was communication issue understanding them and they understanding us/not major issues but minor ones to fix”
