“Room was clean, Staff was great! Only thing is they need to revisit their breakfast choices. No hot breakfast, no meat or hot breakfast. But other then that my stay was pleasant!”

“When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. “No good the customer service ”

“Filthy room. Stained towels. Hairs in the sink. I had to ask for soap and shampoo. No water cups. Non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. Smoke detector knocked out of the ceiling with wires hanging out. Cigarette burns in the comforter. No table to eat food or work at, so I had to hunch over the end table. ”

Although it is actually a non-smoking room, it was listed as a smoking room at the time of booking. I contacted both the Expedia customers center and the hotel, but the issue was not corrected. 2.
