“Room smell like it needed to be cleaned properly. The bathroom was dirty look like it had not been touched whether before me or before any other guests, the bathtub was dirty. The shower curtain was dirty. The toilet was dirty inside and out of the toilet was dirty the little hub where the sink was was dirty. The refrigerator did not get cold. The sheets had burned cigarette holes in them. Everything was just no.”

“The do not have Queen beds, despite all advertising saying they did. When I brought this up with management, they said they only have doubles and didn’t seem to care that their website says otherwise. We also couldn’t have anyone sleep on the floor because there were little beetles crawling around. Carpet had a tear that was duct taped together. The bed light switch was hanging out by its wires.”

“Our fridge was not working at all - Kris (front desk person) tried to be very helpful, but we ended up putting our stuff in the fridge with several bags of ice inside! The AM front desk person said it was probably turned down low but there was no way to turn it up inside or outside the fridge!”

“When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. However, they do have rooms, but I have to pay $280 at that time while my booking was $196 for 2 nights. After half an hour of argue, the price go from 280 to 240 to...

“We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated the free breakfast in the morning—it had a good variety and made our stay even more convenient. Free parking was also a big plus. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again!”
