“It was a pleasure to stay in this cottage! Debbie was a wonderful and accommodating hostess. It is so accessible to the Historic district, ( that is absolutely amazing to experience), and is within walking distance from the cottage. We will return if it is available for our dates. ”

“Great stay! ”

“I am not the energy type and there is very good energy in this little place. It is literally the closest spot to what they call downtown here. It’s very old so it will instill nostalgia and was absolutely perfect for me. Do not expect a five star hotel. These places are very old and to find any of them well kept is great. There’s a modular showerhead and they have Wi-Fi, etc. Area is insanely dog friendly. Whole episode has been great. ”

“House was very clean and beautiful. Everything you need is there to use. Teresa was very quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay there again. Only thing missing was a golf cart.”

“Our stay at this precious cottage was exactly what we needed after traveling and festivities at college graduation. The decor was obviously carefully curated by the owners with impeccable antiques as well as one of a kind crafted pieces. We were all extremely comfortable in the large beds with fresh clean linens, the adorable bathroom and full kitchen. “This property was the perfect size and location for my husband and i while we were visiting family nearby. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean, and there was bottled water on hand. (Purified and spring).”

“Check in was easy. Max met us and showed us where everything was at. Max and Anne even met us at departure to wish us safe travels. I’ve stayed at many places and this place offers the most amount of amenities, from cleaning supplies to coffee to odd and end things like sunburn care. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. It is located on the back side of their home, but my privacy was maintained. The landscape around the pool and home offer plenty of privacy. Replies to my messages were quick. ...

“The listing indicated the rental was a house. However it is almost a studio apartment attached to a house.The space itself was clean and convenient for my overnight stay. Future renters should be aware there are dogs on the property that are quite vocal and the refrigerator is dorm sized but cold.”
