“We arrived at 3PM which we knew check was 4pm and the hotel listing did allow you to check in early for a fee. We waited in the lobby until until 4pm and got our key but the cleaning staff was still cleaning the room so we sat in the lobby for another 40 minutes waiting for it to be finished. Once we got in our room we were not able to get the TV to work. “Rooms a bit dated , stained carpet from mini fridge etc. But overall, good location. Pablo - bellhop was excellent as its not an easy place to get in and out of w your vehicle. Quiet , Overall stay was just below excellent”

“I travel a lot and this was by far the worst hotel , please don’t go here. It started off with a 5 hour delay to get into my room , we got in the room at 3am Becuase the messers up my reservation. When I for into the room it was the wrong one I selected instead of a one bedroom the stuck me into a studio . The next morning I woke up to water gushing everywhere in the room , the trash compactor in the since broke and there as old food and stuff everywhere . The smell was unbearable . To top it...

“This was our third visit to The Ivy. We chose to celebrate our 10th anniversary there and we were not disappointed at all. The staff is always top notch from the moment you arrive. “We booked this accommodation as it was close to a venue we were attending. There was lots of on street parking. This is a gorgeous, grand old home. Note, Wilson House sits near a busy street. However, once inside, due to triple glazed windows, you will not hear the street noise at all! Also, be aware, rooms are on the 2nd-4th floor and there is no elevator. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern. Breakfast was very good. The owners were a pleasure to talk with.”
