“Servizio all-inclusive molto buono. L’unica pecca è la spiaggia dell’hotel che però offre una navetta gratuita che porta a Cabbage Beach. In generale molto bene 👍💫”

“Beautiful property, very clean and well maintained. Only issue was some shortage of beach chairs, and the umbrella system was broken on many of the chairs.”

“Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. ”

“Location perfetta. Hotel 5* decisamente meglio degli altri presenti nell’isola che sono iper affollati. Spazio piscina stupendo e camere enormi e confortevoli. Assolutamente consigliato ”

“Non siamo andati in questo hotel a causa dell'uragano Dorian che avrebbe attraversato le Bahamas il giorno dopo. Innanzitutto: il soggiorno non aveva la tariffa rimborsabile MA data la situazione di ESTREMO pericolo, pensavo che ciò sarebbe bastato ad essere rimborsati. Ma nonostante non aver ricevuto nemmeno un euro del nostro rimborso, abbiamo pagato ben 30 dollari di tassa di PULIZIA ( così specificato nelle regole di hotels e dell'albergo ) di una camera di cui non abbiamo MAI usufruito....

“The natural setting is beautiful. But for >> 1000/night, this experience is WAY below expectations. The staff is not helpful nor present. Certain places were not clean. The wireless does not work. When we asked for help with the thermostat because it was set to 65 degrees, they said the only option is to shut it off and have no AC. You pay 28 dollars for a salad of just leaves and 4 tomatoes or 17 dollars for tortilla chips and salsa. The worst part is the hours. The pool may open at 8 am but...

“Hotel di forte e suggestivo ed elegante impatto, esternamente impeccabile. Le camere (almeno la nostra) avrebbe avuto bisogno di una più elegante sistemazione. La posizione dell'Hotel è un limite alla struttura stessa: a 16Km.dal centro con i mezzi pubblici assolutamente assenti dalle 06.00p.m. In pratica o ti rassegni all'esborso di 70dollari di taxi (35 dollari a tratta), che non è pochissimo, oppure rimani confinato nella struttura, fuori dalla quale non c'è qusi nulla.”

“Solo per 2 notti ma l'atmosfera che abbiamo respirato è quella di tempi lontani: una antica villa e ambienti in stile britannico, situata in un lussureggiante giardino tropicale, un vero orto botanico, con leoni (di pietra), pesci e tartarughe nel laghetto, 2 piscine, cigar room e un servizio davvero top. Stanze riccamente addobbate, spaziose e molto confortevoli. Il ristorante è di altissimo livello, e la cantina ancor di più.”

“Overall Baha mar is a beautiful place with beautiful pools, beach, hotel rooms. Plenty to do for kids as well as adults. What is terrible is the service. It is almost impossible to get any type of service wether it’s housekeeping, bar, dinner, or pool service. It is evident why: There is an automatic 15 percent service charge on every bill. For this reason no one at the hotel actually cares to be efficient or provide good service. People don’t smile. I sort of get it. If I was already getting...

“Stayed April 1 to 5. Location directions could be improved. It would help a lot if directed to the Brownstone building! Can't hardly see the advised number sign (even our taxi driver was confused and got lost). Once found, it was an easy check in. Got to the unit and it looked great! Upon further inspection and usage, here's the breakdown: - the bed mattress is very hard - was not a comfortable sleep - the bedframe cracks loudly when you are just turning - the kitchen was equipped to a minimum...
