The bathroom was large with a claw foot tub and a wraparound shower curtain. The room A/C was excellent. It was very comfortable all day and night. The ceiling fan was whisper quiet. The cottage included a kitchen area with a half-size refrigerator/freezer, counter top, cabinets, tableware, microwave, and a table....

“Husband wanted to stay here, NEVER AGAIN! I believe room wasn’t cleaned, NO hand towels and bath towels in the room. Something was spilled under the wall by the hanging mirror. When we went to close the blinds for the night, a man’s tank top came falling off between the blinds. Post said they serve hot breakfast, NOPE .. muffins and coffee is all they had. Parking lot was full of trash. Couldn’t find a cart to carry in our luggage or carry it out when we checked out.”

“We arrived at 12pm and asked if we could leave our vehicle while my family and I went to the beach, the guy said he would call when the room was ready but he never did. We were at the beach until 4:30 and wanted to check in but the guy left and said he won’t be back till 5pm. A lot of other upset guest wanting to check in and couldn’t. We were tired and needed to shower. The blow dryer in the room didn’t work and I kept smelling electrical burn.”

“They do not have microwaves in every single room. They have one microwave per floor and the cleaning stuff will tell you to call the front desk to request for a microwave. We called the front desk and they explicitly told us customers have the right to request for microwaves and they have the right to deny it.
