“Quite the best hospitality of any hotel I have ever stayed at.The staff were amazing and truly welcoming, offering help and suggestions.They really made our stay special.
The hotel is lovely with incredible views and is a calm oasis in a busy city.

“Great location close to west lake, wonderful way to stay im Hanoi. We felt close to the life of the city, all the amenities and not in the middle of the tourism chaos of the french quarter. Apartment was perfect and clean, lots of space. The security man was very sweet and helpful and always around to say hi ”

“This time no noise from the gym facility so everything was ok.
I tried to shut off the air conditioning at night however the control panel qas unresponsive.
I had to switch off the electrical power of the room that is not so good if you need light at night.
Bed linen could be improved.
Restaurant on the top floor has a very limited number of available dishes.
However the price is ok”
