“Visually the place makes a very good impact. Dinner, the food was excellent as were the staff. Breakfast … we’d booked it at check in. We turned up to breakfast and there was nothing booked , the service at breakfast was okay , we did have to case up something. But overall we had a very good stay and would return.”

“Name check for Jordan ( front of house ) This gentleman went above and beyond. As ITFC were playing at home I had to park temporarily on yellow lines in the car park. He offered to move his own car do I could park. ”

“Have stayed a number of times over about 10 years or so - is consistently good. Staff are always friendly and helpful, food is excellent and very good local beer is available. The rooms are small but do what is needed and have always been clean. This is a proper traditional country pub and we need more of them!”

“The room was spotless. My daughters sneezed a lot from the carpet and needed Zyrtec to less the nasal itching. Other than that.. it was amazing”

“Ottima struttura con ampie camera e bagno. Problemi con le prese a muro risolte il giorno seguente in modo rapido. Purtroppo problemi di riscaldamento che non sono riusciti a risolvere,la stanza era caldissima e quando ho acceso il condizionatore dopo un po' di tempo ha cominciato ad avere perdite per cui ho dovuto spegnerlo Sarebbe stato meglio non rendere disponibile la camera fino alla necessaria manutenzione.”
