“Proprio situato al centro Uptown zona più sicura, organizzato benissimo l'unica pecca parcheggio a pagamento ma per quella zona non può essere altrimenti comunque appena si parcheggia al terzo o quarto piano si prende un ascensore e si entra nel retro dell'hotel usando un citofono per farsi aprire dal desk perché le porte interne si aprono solo con la chiave della camera al fine di garantire la sicurezza della struttura, colazione ottima un bacon così non l'ho mai mangiato tutti cortesissimi e...

“Attended during concert while location to stadium was convenient, we couldn’t access parking due to blocked streets to hotel. Had to use nearby garage and overpay for parking n walk to hotel. Overall great stay & great time.”

“My suite was delayed by 1.5 hours and not ready. Property emailed me prior to ask if I needed anything. I asked for a comforter... didn't get, and took 3 calls TO GET one 2 hours later. Room furnishing were bland, sparse, dated, and the worst was, the AC did not work in the suite, and we BOUGHT A FAN FROM DOOR DASH so we could sleep. And this is a Suite at The Ritz Carlton???? Awful.”
