“What a great place to stay!!! I cannot say enough great things. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They had amenities we didn’t need that were a great feature…things like a gym, kitchens in the room, continental breakfast, and well located. We would definitely stay here again!!”

“My family had to go through three rooms and it was late at night when they arrived. First room had roaches and used soap in the shower. 2nd room the beds weren’t made so it had not been cleaned.”

“This is my second visit to the property and as a rewards member I was pleased with the room, hotel and property. I do not have any complaints and was only there 2 days and had not issues. I did not have time to enjoy the amenities or the food there. I was on a business trip and the time was tight with me arriving late at night the day before and leaving / flying out Saturday night. I had maybe 8 actual hours of sleep between the 2 days there.”

“Check in staff was friendly. Lobby is nice and clean. Pool area is good. The only trouble is the 518 room we had smells like old mildew like the floors need a good disinfecting. Not so cozy when it’s stinky.”

“As a Diamond member, we expect a quality experience at any Hilton location. Not only did the front desk agent give us the worst room, the lunch and dinner options in the restaurant were inedible. When we spoke to a waiter, she became defensive. One waiter actually exhibited the level of customer service we are accustomed to having. A housekeeper rudely interrupted our rest around 9:30am, banging on the door with a screwdriver or heavy-duty pen only to ask if we were checking out. We could hear...

We asked if we could please get a refund and we would go somewhere else. Was advised manager wouldnt be in til tye morning and we would have to wait to get refund then. We left and found another hotel. Still no call from manager for our refund”
