“Breakfast was good and room was clean.”

“Everything was clean and new, properly maintained and the staff was real attentive and caring (shout out to Kit!) I come to Austin once a year for a track meet, and will definitely be back last year”

“We stayed there before a few years ago and everything was fine. This time the property was run down and not exactly clean. Upon checking in the staff was fine. But once we went down to tell them we were checking out and wanted a refund, everything changed. They were rude. A lady standing next to me needing to ask a question was completely ignored. Is she allowed out a little whistle, and the manager around the corner and out of sight, said "was that a whistle, how rude!" and still did not...

“This place has made some severe cut back to save a buck. Rooms are dirty, full of flies, hair on walls and linens, discoloration in tables and floor, shower door doesn't close, found a roach on the wall. They painted over certian spots on the walls and left the rest another color and the walls and baseboards have never been cleaned, mold in the bathroom. And for your sitting pleasure you get a piece of a sectional :). Oh and the pool is a nice shade of puke green. Very dirty place to stay. ”

“Before arriving I called the hotel to let them know we will be coming in later and they completely understood. Upon arriving we noticing the hotels well maintained environment even though the hotel is located at the South but it was very well taken care of. Breakfast was so yummy and would always be refilled.”

“The room was clean and nice and big however it appeared everything was under construction. (Lots of noise and construction dust) The elevator was out for maintenance multiple days and after being there for almost a week no towel changes, garbage emptied, or coffee. We did go to the front desk for coffee pods but it was a pain to do every day. Maybe once they get things completed it will be better but not now. The valet staff were wonderful! We actually ended up leaving a day early as it was...

“When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello!”

“Amazing stay”

“Not recommended,place was terrible no staff was available, no where to be found ,place smell bad , dirty people drinking in property tv , phone not working parking lot was dark homeless people walking all over the property. To top it off the hotel power went off completely while other areas had power . Ended up checking out and struggled to find another hotel.”
