Hotel vicino a Fox River Park - Milwaukee

“The suite was very large. Unfortunately it smelled like smoke which we believe came from an adjoining room. They did have an air cleaner in the room so they must have known about it. The bathroom was a little dark as 2 lights were not working. Also the tv was extremely small for the size of the room. Check-in was awkward as there wasn’t anyone at the front desk after 2:00 pm. We had to call to get into a box for a card key. The parking lot was also 2 blocks away.”

“Horrible tv’s! Couldn’t find channels. So difficult to navigate. It would help to have some directions and a channel guide in the room. Also, a perk would be to have a water cooler in the lobby.”

“I only stayed one night here but everything was clean, no bad smells, staff was polite, and breakfast was good. I arrived late and someone was right at the front desk to help. There’s nothing more annoying than arriving late at a hotel and spending a half hour trying to find someone to check you in. It was the best night sleep I’ve got in a month so Thank You!”

“We didn't have any problems with the booking as others have mentioned. Did an online checkin the night before and when we arrived at the hotel the keys were already available and ready at the front desk. The property is freshly renovated it looks like and is very clean and the rooms were nice. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the breakfast was slightly limited and with only one waffle machine its was quite a wait. “I had the worst experience of my LIFE here. Got kicked out at 4am because I complained about the AC. Refusing to give deposit back claiming we “broke the TV” with no proof, as we only changed the input. Was called the PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME DO NOT GO HERE”

“It wasn't a bad room and staff was friendly. It was small but had most of the elements you expect except no closet and what felt like a children's toilet. Only major issue I had was the overwhelming Marijuana smell in the hallway everytime I went in and out of my room.”
