“Clean room”

“This hotel was in a convenient location. It was average everything- could use a bit more cleaning and better breakfast. But overall, it was adequate.”

“The suite was very large. Unfortunately it smelled like smoke which we believe came from an adjoining room. They did have an air cleaner in the room so they must have known about it. The bathroom was a little dark as 2 lights were not working. Also the tv was extremely small for the size of the room. Check-in was awkward as there wasn’t anyone at the front desk after 2:00 pm. We had to call to get into a box for a card key. The parking lot was also 2 blocks away.”

“Our room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The gym was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great.”

“I only stayed one night here but everything was clean, no bad smells, staff was polite, and breakfast was good. I arrived late and someone was right at the front desk to help. There’s nothing more annoying than arriving late at a hotel and spending a half hour trying to find someone to check you in. It was the best night sleep I’ve got in a month so Thank You!”

“Horrible tv’s! Couldn’t find channels. So difficult to navigate. It would help to have some directions and a channel guide in the room. Also, a perk would be to have a water cooler in the lobby.”

“Our room was great. It looked to be freshly remodeled. It also had a full sized fridge and stove. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.”

“It wasn't a bad room and staff was friendly. It was small but had most of the elements you expect except no closet and what felt like a children's toilet. Only major issue I had was the overwhelming Marijuana smell in the hallway everytime I went in and out of my room.”

“I had the worst experience of my LIFE here. Got kicked out at 4am because I complained about the AC. Refusing to give deposit back claiming we “broke the TV” with no proof, as we only changed the input. Was called the PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME DO NOT GO HERE”

“Such a cute hotel with so many different lounge areas. I had 3 kids and we had fun grilling on the patio while we played bags and later watched the World Cup games by the fire. A really nice atmosphere and such a nice hotel. Staff was friendly, rooms were perfect. Definitely a must stay!”
